Dog owners beware! This property was easiest the worst hotel I have ever stayed at with my dogs and I can confidently say we will not be back. There is no sound proofing of the walls. From 11 PM to 3 AM every few minutes you could hear people entering/exiting their rooms and the slammed door that followed. It would startle my dogs awake who would wake me up. Then the early birds are up around 6 and you can hear every single door. I got maybe 2-3 hours of sleep. Not ideal. Thankfully, our second night here was much better. There were more considerate neighbors that weren't slamming doors all night, but I still think that the general point stands that noise reduction needs to be improved at this hotel. I don't know why they would put the dog friendly rooms on the main floor where the most traffic is right by the ice machine. Terrible planning. You can hear every word of conversation that's happening outside your room. We were by the parking lot and had several car horns for locking and conversations overheard in the early morning hours. If I was the manager, I would put the dogs on the top floor as far away from noise and other people as possible. The room was supposed to be comfortable but the bed was hard and the pillowcases were like sandpaper. I am so glad that I brought my own pillow. The a/c unit that runs is so loud it can be disruptive when it clicks on in the middle of the night. The room advertises black out curtains. They are not. (See picture) as soon as the sun comes up the curtains are not black out. The only saving grace for this place was the breakfast was way better than your average bnb. The staff is friendly but the overall experience here is the worst I've had when traveling with my dogs. I highly recommend booking somewhere else.

We stayed at this place for one night, for the St. George Half Marathon and Marathon the following day. Bedroom: Clean sheets. Soft pillows and memory foam type mattress. The air conditioning and heating were functioning properly. Bathroom: There were enough towels for 2 guests. Clean sink and shower. Hair dryer in the cubby. No hand soap though, we had to use the face soap provided. Service: The front desk staff was friendly. Early breakfast in lunch bags and shuttle transport were available for the St. George runners. They were able to accommodate our late check-out request. Parking: Free in the parking lot.

We live in Vegas and hubby surprised us by booking a weekend trip to St George. He said he had found a good deal on hotels.com and cross referenced Yelp. (Proud moment inserted here). I'll just list all the pros and cons to make this review easy. Pros: 1. Free parking with lots of places to eat nearby. 2. Checking in was super easy with friendly employee. 3. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. I'm a germ freak so I still have to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes. 4. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash hung up in the showers if you happen to forget your own. 5. They have a pool and hot tub with lots of seating all around. My kids had a blast in the pool. 6. There is also a gym and laundry facilities. 7. I have to say their free breakfast buffet was EPIC!!!! Like the BEST free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. They had so much to choose from and the omelette station was awesome!!!!! Cons: 1. The room was a little outdated. But I heard they were in the process of remodeling. 2. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. It was like taking a shower from a faucet. That was a big miss for us, especially with 2 kids. 3. There could be more towels in the rooms, but that's just us. I'd stay here again, but fix the water pressure.

I booked a very last minute stay at this hotel on my family's road trip to Zion. I haven't really stayed at Best Westerns in the past, but the price was decent and the hotel had solid reviews so I booked it. Out of all the hotels we stayed at through out our road trip, this was our favorite! The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and the amenities were decent. I checked out the gym at night and it was very clean. They even have a happy hour from 5-7p where they offered nachos, salad and free drinks. In the morning, they offer free breakfast and even had an omelette stand. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the St. George area.

My 1st impression was outside . But once inside the building is Old. Talk about the rooms . They just remodel them but didn't fix much just paint on top of everything else. I had pre registered when in the got my room key. When we when upstairs the room was filthy it was dirty. When I had requested to make sure everything was well clean with alcohol and alcohol, due to my son having allergies. To have the sheets well clean no stains. The room was so small and everything was over crowded. It was totally the opposite. Of what they put on the pictures. They didn't attend my request online. Had to go downstairs to the lobby to complain. I was about to cancel my stay when the gentlemen in the from was nice enough to change my room to a luxury suite. On the other side of the building, Well we stayed. We got there everything was okey it was more spacious yeah it look clean. But I had to take out my cleaning supplies to do a Through cleaning. We left came back at 11pm the people next door were having a huge party throwing bottles in the walls making so much noise. We decide to go to bed when. I notice one of the beds where so stain disgusting!! The sheets were staying with yellowing hairs inside the sheet. Omgosh I had to just lay on top of the bed took out my own sheets. I call the front dest see if they can do something with the noise on the other side. Luckily they did and they brought New sheets but I didn't even bother to sleep in them. We stayed for 2 night over the weekend in a 2 queen beds. Breakfast was good. It's Like having breakfast at Dennys. Won't be staying here again. I use to work in housekeeping hotels and cleaning houses . So I know how the hotel system works. They don't clean half of the rooms ever. All The staff in the front lobby only were really polite and friendly specially understanding. But the manager needs to be in top of the cleaning groups. ASAP and change those beds.

The beds were some of the best we've ever slept in at a hotel and breakfast arrived on time and with a smile. Tip: you can request luggage racks and they'll bring it to you. And of course the view from the room was great. Sat outside on our 2nd floor balcony enjoying breakfast and the balcony and chairs were spotless. Not sure how they keep that up, but it's literally the only place we've stayed at where the balcony and furniture wasn't covered in dust. Bravo. The Keurig machine was also very clean, almost seemed brand new. Wish the rooms had full length mirrors and more than two coffee Keurig K-Cups (in case one person drank more than 1 cup of coffee in the morning) but at this point I'm just nitpicking.

Complimentary breakfast was super cute & arrived on time for both mornings we were there. I took a star off because... A) no one was at the check in desk when I was waiting for 10min to check in - there was a sign saying that stepped away for a moment, I waited & waited until someone told me to press 0 on the phone (the hostess from the restaurant side had to tell me) & I arrived right at check - in time. B) for the price a microwave & full - length mirror in the room would've been nice. Overall, the stay was nice & we would recommend, but I don't think it was worth the price per night.

We arrived really late at night, around 2:30-3:00 AM, and ended up standing outside the hotel entrance for about 10-15 minutes because nobody was at the front desk. We were calling the front desk number and nobody answered. Luckily, there happened to be another guest sitting in the lobby -- honestly a blessing at that hour -- and he let us inside so we weren't stuck outside in the cold. Even after getting inside, we still waited another 10 minutes or so before someone from the front desk finally showed up. We called the front desk number again while inside and still got no answer. Overall, it took close to 20-25 minutes just to see an attendant and get checked into the room. I stay at a lot of IHG hotels and have some level of membership with them, and at most locations it's pretty common to at least be greeted warmly or offered something simple like points or water bottles. Unfortunately, when the attendant finally showed up after the long wait, it honestly looked like she didn't care at all. I even asked if they had any water bottles available and she simply said no. She just didn't seem welcoming or interested in being there, which was disappointing considering a hotel front desk is a customer service role. Once we finally got into the room though, everything was fine and pretty standard with no other issues during the stay.

That changed the moment I walked in. I was greeted by some of the nicest people I have ever met. They could tell we were tired from the road and treated us with real kindness. Our room was ready, and they handed us water, snacks, and warm fresh cookies. What kind of silliness was this. Awesome!!!! The room was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a bright, clean bathroom. You can tell they recently renovated because everything looked fresh and updated. I went back downstairs to ask about the chargers on the side of the building and how much they cost. They told me it was complimentary. No cost at all. I plugged in at 40 percent and woke up to a full charge at 100 percent. That alone made my morning. Breakfast the next day was another pleasant surprise. The ladies running the breakfast area were so nice, even when my daughter got a little too excited with the sprinkles for her waffle. They even had a sign saying they could adjust food for dietary needs. The whole setup was clean and welcoming. They also have a great little snack shop, and again the front desk staff stood out. I cannot stress this enough. These were some of the nicest people I have ever met at a hotel. Even though it was just an overnight stay, I really enjoyed it. Literally zero human interaction Room-Small but efficiently designed, always clean with a few toiletries provided. Bed & pillows are very comfortable and offer a great nights sleep. Most people bring their own products, myself included. Also, most people take extra home with intentions of using them and guess what, they collect in a random drawer in the guest bath for years until they move or die then someone throws dozens of wasted plastic and expired products in the trash. There are 2 pancake machines you simply wave your hand in front of and makes you a little hot fresh pancake! There were multiple toppings including sugar free syrup. In the morning there ice water & citrus infused water. Common Areas-For as small as the lobby os it has several seating areas to sit and work on your lap top, eat, or play games with the family. Tru does a great job at providing family entertainment too with big screens to watch tv on, a pool table and lots of games to play too! We don't spend mich time at the hotel outside of sleeping, a workout and a quick bite before hitting the road but we're always hapoy with our stays. We will be back!
