Service was very friendly! When I picked up my car, the man at the register explained the estimate to me, recommending what items on my car I should prioritize. There was absolutely no sales-pitch to this...just a friendly explanation. Based on this experience alone, I will come back here when/if I develop issues with my car. With the way that I was treated, it felt like I was recommended by a family friend. I've only been to a few other auto places, but this one definitely stands out. I will write another review when I go back there to fix wherever my transmission fluid is leaking from.

They told me since I had it done somewhere else there's nothing they can do but you literally messed my car up not once but twice. Then justified it by saying well all those people were fired. Then to top things off I call the corporate office and the customer service agent talked to me like I was an idiot and knew nothing about cars so I asked to speak to a supervisor and he goes yep and hangs up the phone! That's been over a week ago and I have yet to hear from a supervisor. Saw them check the oil stick and shake their heads. Thinking uh-oh, gonna be bad. Manager came in to the service area to tell us the oil looked like new, no need to change. He then checked the air filter for us, same result. Asked him to check the tire pressure. He inflated the tires and then told us the tires were 8+ years old and had dry rot. Gave us a great price on some decent tires but he couldn't get them in in time as we were leaving the next day. Didn't charge us anything. I would definitely recommend this place. Talked to the owner of an auto parts store and he said they water the oil down. Ended up having a friend change oil and filter now car sounds like it used to. In short, you are paying for an expensive oil, but that is not what you are getting.
