For several weeks, Dr. O'Neill treated my husband out of his Pomona office, which is centrally located & offers plenty of parking. The doctor's front office staff, Allie, is very friendly, as is his main assistant, Melissa. The office is very clean & well-organized. There's plenty of reading material available in the waiting room & we usually weren't forced to wait more than a few minutes for our scheduled appt. Dr. O'Neill has an excellent bedside manner & is very thorough in his examinations. My husband's fracture was rather severe & we often had questions that would arise before a scheduled visit of which Dr. O'Neill was always available to address by phone. As a cash patient, we especially appreciated that his prices were so affordable. One trip to the emergency room cost more than all 5 of our appts with Dr. O'Neill combined. If you're looking for a good podiatrist who offers affordable care in either Pomona or W. Covina, Dr. O'Neill is a perfect fit! My husband's leg is healed & though we're very happy about this, we confess to feeling a little sad that our relationship with the doc had to come to an end, lol. Seriously, he's that cool!

The office is in a very tidy medical complex. The office is clean and this is clearly an active practice. I was impressed when I walked in. Everyone working in the practice is friendly. They have tons of equipment and resources for helping people with their feet and ankles. I was impressed by the doctor I saw. He clearly explained everything to me and set up several tests to diagnose why my foot was not healing. The doctor has a gentle touch and he treated this type 2 diabetic with respect, compassion and kindness. I have a few appointments over the next few weeks and I am looking forward to each of them.

So we went here after a 15 minute commute. Not bad. Got to say, this location has less nearby parking and there's notably more traffic. Overall, staff members were nice at both spots. Youre greeted automatically when walking in and, if I asked, they'd share their insight on running shoe options. I was disappointed that I didnt get offered the foot scan thay other reviewers had mentioned. I saw the machine in the corner and when Ive done it at another shoe store, that I used to go to, it led me to getting soles countered to my foot shape. Unsure if they do the same type of scan. Maybe I had to be a member? But I am satisfied with my shoes. Comfortable and supportive. And if I ever decide to jog at night, you'll see me coming! I'll consider visiting again in 4 months.
