When he came to the house, he was on time. 2. He asked some great questions and thoroughly understood what I was looking to achieve. 3. He took photos of the previous work we were trying to match and later took great strides to get the right product by speaking with several supply stores to understand the correct manufacturer, color (Native .vs Territorial) of paver, and to also find someone with readily available product. Preach was 6 weeks out, his supplier was 6 days. 4. I had a quote sent to me about 90 minutes later. He was within budget and competitive. The other guys... well one gave me a verbal quote and did not come by and the third bidder forgot we had a meeting the next day and called me later to reschedule. No thanks. 5. On the job, he showed up when he said that he would. The one day he could not come, I was called by 7:00 AM to let me know what was happening. For the entire time he was on the job, I knew what he was doing and what to expect. In the 2.5 years here in AZ, I have never had communications like this from other firms on anything. 6. He cleaned up every night, He used tarps in the street to put the excavated dirt on and left no remnants of dirt or stray rocks behind. 7. The job is perfect! He even fixed two other places in my original walkway where the pattern had been driving me crazy and the ground had sunk leaving a rather noticeable dip. I do not write many reviews, but wanted to on this project as we are so pleased with the entire experience. He and his team were extremely polite, pleasant to work with, and no drama.
