But the BIG point I want to make here is about the character behind the business. I had some rather extensive repairs done on my car last year. Shortly after which I had to travel to Massachusetts for medical reasons, needing to stay in Massachusetts for surgery and a fairly long PT rehab. During this time I had difficulty with my car. I was told my car needed the same repair John's shop had done on my car...big $$$. I knew it couldn't be true but had no idea what to do. I reached out to John HAUSER'S and John went ABOVE AND BEYOND, helping me trouble shoot, find a reputable garage, and HE called to apprise the garage owner about the case. I have no words!!! I have such respect and gratitude for John's kind, professional, honest, straightforward help!!!!
