    Terrible cust service. Was literally told by the owners son , " Once the appliane leaves here its…read morenot our problem"! Spent 3000 on a washer dryer pair. Was told it was the best they had. It was delivered 2 weeks after I went in and paid for them. On install I asked if they can change the doors so that the dryer was on the left but was told its better the way it is now. They were in a rush and i figured f it... ill do it. 2 days later after install we noticed water in the pedestal. called them and was told not our problem call Electrolux. Had a repair guy come a few days later and said the hose that fills tub was cracked possibly due to someone dropping the unit. They replaced the hose but water had sprayed inside the washer all over componets and still had about an inch of water in bottom of unit that he couldnt get to but said it would evaporate fast. Washer worked for a few days then one day i heard it start by itself... called elecrolux again and repair guy came and said it was the control board. changed it a week later cause he had to order it. Was fine for about another week after board was changed then again, machine started by itself again.... anyway this went on for another 6 months on and off and had more down time then use time. Finally after 9 months of nothing but problems and going back and forth with Electrolux they warrantied it for a replacement. Said original company would replace and install at no charge. Called appliance galley and woman in office said she heard no such thing and they have to wait for a letter from them to replace and then they would have to send a unit to appliance galley for me. Called Electrolux and they said email and letter was already sent and that AG will replace unit from there stock and they get reimbursed from Electrolux. Call AG again and woman answered again statin " that's not how this works and they will not use their stock. LOL. Your a dealer of company why? Again its not our problem. I had to spend another 2 months back n forth fighting and had electrolux hire a company other than APPLiance GALLERY to come deliver washer and install. 11 months after purchase i finally have a working machine . I will never do business with this company nor recommend these nasty ppl. even the owner never returned my calls. Owner, son and woman in office are horrible ppl.... stay far away!

    This may be a fine place to buy an appliance, but if you need service I wouldn't use them again…read more After 5 months and 7 visits to our home and coming out with different parts, they still could not fix it onsite. The last visit they removed the dishwasher from our home to fix in the shop. One week ago they scheduled us for a reinstall of the dishwasher that is supposedly fixed. After making me take another day off from work to wait for the install...you guessed it...they didn't show up. The service manager when I called, Ralph, was not at all apologetic, just said it was a mistake we were on the schedule for today and they will have to reschedule yet again. I have given up hope that the dishwasher will actually work if they do manage to get it back to us. I don't know if there is a better appliance repair or if this is the quality of service in 2022, but I would NEVER use them again.

Same issue came up and the company we used were almost 3 months out for appointment, so we tried Jersey Coast Appliance. The man came out and was friendly and respectful enough but was unable to complete because he indicated he was Claustrophobic and needed another man to help him since it entailed going into crawl space to connect/fix drain hose and needed to reschedule. Two weeks later he came out with a second guy, and they fixed it in a few minutes (no parts). Then the bill came....$394. I was so shocked I paid while my head was spinning. I got no receipt but was told I could request one and when I called and asked about getting invoice, I questioned the bill and I was pooh-poohed by the lady in customer service (basically it is what it is). I don't pay my cardiologist this much per hour. I hoped it was a mistake but when I finally got invoice in mail (they didn't offer to email) it confirmed the cost and that they were only here for about half hour. "CAVEAT EMPTOR"
