They provide have the ability to make posters, banners, signs, etc. They have personal computers here and printers, and fax machines as well for people to purchase time to use them. What a rip off and scam! Staying at the Hilton Bayfront and I requested my Amazon package be…read moredelivered to the front desk. Well because Amazon used UPS for the delivery it was delivered to the UPS store located on the third floor of the hotel. I went to pick up my package. Amazon separated my order into two packages. Apparently if there is any pickup of a UPS package at this location they charge $6 per package as a "special handling fee". So in my case it would be $12 for two small packages. I informed the person working at the empty UPS store I asked for Drop off at the front desk. He told be in a condescending tone all UPS deliveries to the hotel had to go to their store and that if I didn't want to pay or couldn't afford the $6 I didn't have to accept my package. Unreal! Unless you are desperate I would recommend to never ever use this UPS store!
