About an hour after that, he had not only fixed the problem, but also took a look at the rest of our plumbing system and gave us thorough instructions how to upkeep it ourselves (and therefore save lots of money in the process). Speaking of money, he was upfront about costs of service, so there weren't any unexpected or hidden fees. Best of all, he was respectful to us, our home, and our appliances. Christopher went above and beyond to help us on a stressful Saturday morning - highly recommend his services for anyone who needs plumbing assistance!

I contacted other companies who would not be able to come out until the next morning. I contacted 24 Hr Drain Cleaning & Plumbing and Chris came out within 1 hour. Chris was very professional, timely and great with communication. I highly recommend his services and am very grateful that he was able to help us so quickly during a very stressful situation and so close to a holiday.

So glad they were the ones to get back in touch! Kaiden was on it immediately, found the clog, took care of it and we were back in business in less than an hour. We could not recommend this business highly enough!

First, the tech misquoted the pricing (three times) on his way in - by several hundred dollars. I found this out being handed the bill on his way out the door - 'I made a mistake'. When taking the tank apart, broke most of the PVC connecting to the septic tank. It was all replaced, so I guess I got some of my money's worth, but they were unable, for some reason, to remove one of the tank cover bolts, so they just spun the cover around on that one bolt. We won't know until warm weather if they were successful in properly sealing everything back down. The entire area around the tank (my utility room) ended up literally soaked in septic tank water. The removed pump was deposited in the middle of the floor. (At one point, they wanted to walk a bucket of vaccumed up septic water through the house to dump it in my upstairs toilet.) There was no care taken to protect carpet in the process of removing any of the old (septic) materials out of the basement. There was no effort made to dry or disinfect the utility room at all. The second reason for the call was a clogged sink drain upstairs. We provided access to the cleanout downstairs. When the pipe was finally snaked, the resulting black clog coming out of the cleanout missed a waiting trashbag, and was deposited on the carpet, splattered in a living area. There was no protection used on the floor at all. The tech said, 'I sprayed cleaner on it, it will dry with no stain'. It took me personally two hours plus of cleanup work to remove the mess they left. I also spent another hour or so disinfecting the utility room. With their own photographs for evidence, I still had to make a number of calls to get the attention of their office manager, who finally agreed to a small refund to cover my time. This ended up as a bill of around $2000. Although the work was 'performed', apparently the concept of customer service has been abandoned in our current culture. I couldn't help feeling like they thought I should have had no complaints. I had a bunch, and frankly the $250 compensation off the final bill was still insulting. Overall, a horrific experience - I would not recommend this company to anyone, for anything, thanks.

It was a complete nightmare situation, leaving us and the 3 other condo units in our building without working plumbing for 3 days. After using an emergency service the night it initially happened, we were told a large chunk of cast iron pipe had somehow become lodged in our sewer main. We called Mark (after receiving a local neighborhood referral) to see if he could come take a look. He came the next day, diagnosed the problem with his partner, Bill, and then came back the following day with multiple tools to try to help us out. Mark and Bill worked from ~9am - 9pm that day, trying out pretty much everything they could think of to find the clog -- it turned out to be more complicated than we initially thought. Mark and Bill went above and beyond for us, were extremely professional, and by the end of the day (after they had fished 5-6 large chunks of cast iron out of our sewer main), we felt very reassured that the problem was finally fixed. It has now been 2 weeks and we haven't had any issues. Despite the long day and the many different attempts at a fix, including some minor excavation under our building, the price Mark quoted us was more than fair. We would highly recommend Mark and Bill for thorough, reliable, and fair expertise, 10/10 times. We cannot thank them enough for helping us!

This other septic company knew we had recently had the system pumped, but they pointed out that whoever had pumped it had barely removed anything for the tank. After last January's thaw, we noticed some backup in our unused basement and called a septic service billing itself as "New England's largest full-service." They pumped out our 'system' however the problem reoccured in two months. I will not prolong my tale but suffice to say after two additional septic pumps and once mistakenly a well. They were insistent that I needed a costly diagnostic study. I fully concurred but I wasn't confident they were the right ones to conduct it. I decided to get a second opinion. Enter All Seasons Septic, with Brad Robertson and his sons. In the course of several hours, they flushed, cleaned and added chemicals to my system. They recommended a local company to clear the drains in the house. This company arrived several hours later and completed the job. In short I have nothing but the highest praise for All Seasons Septic.
