They're very knowledgeable about fashion and fit and what looks best on each body type. The clothing selection is amazing, but the personal attention is what makes the shop so special. It is so worth it to "shop local" as they say. You will not get this type of smart, friendly service in a chain store.

I was sad because we like to shop locally but their customer service was so hostile. This was 2 years ago. Recently we decided to try the store again for outdoor furniture, however, the owner did not want to work with us since we had returned the defective furniture before. I was shocked that she did not have enough confidence in her suppliers to insure that more furniture would not come in defective. As an interior designer, I am also amazed that local stores do not go the extra mile to please their customers. That is why it hurts the local economy.

It is one of the…read morereasons we moved to this small town because we are thrifters and stopped in a few times back in late 2020 when visiting the area. The prices now are insanely high. We stop in every day just to "get some steps in" but hardly ever buy anything because EVERYTHING is ridiculously high priced. I don't understand what they are trying to accomplish. They seem to be very uptight, controlling people running that place as well, with signs warning you about using your cellphone while in the store. LOL. Really? That is not a good way to treat customers in my opinion. There is very little there to shop for anyway. It is some bold stuff to be asking the prices they do for this merchandise. $9.99 for a coffee mug? Really? Much of the stuff has prices that are higher than new! What a shame.
