Thank goodness for this urgent care on a Sunday night. With a sick child after 6:00 PM on a Sunday, it is hard to find places open. We were able to get right in and see someone and get diagnosed and meds sent to an open pharmacy in record time. The people working here seemed very nice and helpful. I am not sure how much we will be charged once insurance goes though, but they did take insurance, which is good. I would return again with my family. read more

This "medical clinic" thrives on incompetence & healthcare fraud, specifically UPCODING (when provider submits codes for more expensive, severe, or complex services, procedures, or diagnoses than what was actually performed or warranted) & PHANTOM BILLING (Billing for durable medical equipment or prescriptions never delivered) Backstory: On July 20th I stopped in, my only complaint being suspected otitis externa. The provider was in my exam room for less than 1 minute (cherry on top is that it was an incorrect diagnosis). I was billed for a 45 minute complex visit AND INJECTION. Which was never discussed or administered. Therapeutically speaking, why would an injection be billed for an ear infection? AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! read more

Awful. The woman at the front desk has absolutely no business working in this profession. She also came into the exam room at least five separate times to either take my credit card or return it. I've never been treated so unprofessionally by any medical office. UPDATE: The doctor called me to try to shake me down about this review on my personal cell phone. I went for a facial procedure, and I was amazed and elated by the amount of time and care allocated to my appointment and fillers. I've had visited other locations for treatment, but I've not had the amount of care spent as I have here with Quality Urgent Care. Quality is the opposite of the word I would use to describe this place. I will never ever come here again nor recommend it to anyone. I came here today for help with a sinus infection and they first thing they demanded from me was me paying $305 for an old bill from 2021 which I never received a bill for or knew about. I was then given attitude by the receptionist when asking how I can resolve it and contest it with no actual helpful advice. I was then told if I don't pay the $305 today that they will refuse to see me and to go somewhere else. Is this really how you treat your clients? Completely careless and unprofessional. I still can't believe it. Not only that, but that old bill was for a simple urinary tract infection in 2021. A urine test does not cost that much. If I could give half a star or negative stars I would. I was just assaulted hit in my head by a full 2 liter of soda. The office and Dr. Yufang refused to treat me because I said I should sue the girl who assaulted me. Then the girl at the front counter told me to go home and take tylenol for the pain. Hopefully I don't have a head injury and die in my sleep because they refused to treat me. It was also closing time so maybe getting home was more important than my head injury. I wish I could leave 0 stars. This place is absolutely horrible! With one person infront of us we waited for 50 minutes in the waiting room, than another half hour in the back room waiting for someone to come in. They came in last minute and did 3 swabs and said they would contact us the next day to tell us what the results were, so we waited an hour and 20 minutes for them to give 3 swabs! That took less than 10 min, came in for a bad cough and they didn't even look at my girlfriend's throat! She has been waiting since Friday for results so I called and she told us "all 3 came back negative, ok have a good one. So absolutely no result, no script to feel better, we are back to square one.... Still sick but now extremely pissed off, life or death your going to have better and quicker results risking death than going here. zero stars all the way! Extremely rude receptionist re: workmans comp visit. Did not want to help me do any on line regustration when I needed help. Taylor is younger I am older and in for painful ankle work injury. I have young Grandchildren that treat strangers with more respect. Fed up with bad Customer service being blamed on Covid and lack of employees to cover services. Next time I will not be going there for urgent care . I know times are tough due to staffing but I was in the room a long time too . It wasn't communicated I was in there . UPDATE... Here we are 3 months out and still receiving a bill for $35. I have now called the billing department 6 times... 6 and even sent my bank statement showing it was paid on the date of service and they still can't seem to get it together. If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in for a covid test on Monday, March 21 shortly after opening, approx 10:30am. I asked were the covid test free? There was one person sitting at the receptionist desk and another, standing next to her leaning on the banister. The one leaning on the banister rudely says "they were in the beginning not now." I immediately thought, here we go. The young lady sitting at the desk asked do I have insurance, I tell her yes. She instructs me to complete the intake form online using my phone. I proceed to do so, but had another question. I step back to the desk and ask "what's the cost if I were to pay out of pocket." The one seated says "you have insurance we must bill your insurance." Me: ok fine, but what's the cost if I were paying? She again says "but you told me you have insurance." ME: I know, what's the fee or cost in general? Seated lady: "we don't know" The one standing (blue scrubs, long hair, wearing glasses) says "YOU HAVE INSURANCE WE HAVE TO BILL." Me: I direct my question to the one sitting, again, "in general what would the cost be? I understand I have insurance. So you don't know, so tell me what's the procedure for someone walking in without insurance? What will you do? The one standing says "WE DON'T KNOW THE COST, THE LAB CHARGE THEIR OWN FEE" ME: "this is a general question again, what's the procedure if someone doesn't have insurance?" Now this seems to be a basic customer/patient question that SHOULD NOT have taken this many attempts. The one standing, says very rudely "THERE'S A FORM FROM THE STATE WE'D GIVE YOU TO FILL OUT" ME: before I could say, that's all you had to say she turns her body, swings her hair and yells, NEXT. I was absolutely appalled and shocked in honesty. I told the one sitting, she's unprofessional and very rude. I will not be doing this here. I put their business card back on the counter and exited. I would like this complaint to be known to head dr, Alla Years. (At least that's who is noted) I did not want to request a manager or supervisor on staff. I want my complaint to go beyond. The mere fact that if there's a manager or supervisor in the office and she's acting like that toward patients, the supervisor doesn't care either. There's no way I will believe this would be tolerated from a head physician for this office. Companies are using covid and lack of staff for keeping and higher unprofessional staff. This behavior of being rude and nasty is unacceptable. If for nothing, I've made it known to others. Go here at your own risk. read more

Went for a covid swab, was told the procedure was now change to be inside. Got my weight and pulse ox taken. Realized then I'd be charged for an urgent care visit instead of the routine swab. I have never been charged on prior covid swabs. The receptionist was extremely rude when I tried asking her about it. She insisted I was wrong and I've been charged. I came on Saturday for a Covid test, was given a rapid test and a PCR. I actually came for a PCR and asked why I got a rapid test and was told this is the protocol. Everyone was kind, polite, efficient, and I like the doctor, and yes, I have Covid. Tonight my 29-year-old came to this urgent care based on my recommendation due to Covid symptoms and living in the same house, expecting the same protocol, I was told they give. The doctor there tonight refused to give him a rapid test., He requested a rapid test because he needed to know if it was positive for work tomorrow, as well as the fact that he is currently taking care of my 18-year-old special-needs son, while I am in quarantine with my Covid. She did give them a PCR test but that takes 12 hours and if it's as slow as mine was, it took three days. I called the office when he told me that they would not give him a rapid test, this doctor called me back. It appears she is also the manager. It appears she is also the owner of this urgent care she claims she refused to give him a rapid test because he had already tested positive on a home test, he had a questionable positive on a home test I needed to have a verified, what doctor would not verify this for him! And the reason for sending him there was that I had been told on Saturday that was their protocol! This doctor then began to argue with me, claiming that the only reason I was given a rapid test was because I requested it , I said, not at all you're lying, are you looking at my records of when I was there, Saturday, you are a very neglectful doctor as well as lying about me! Bottom line is don't come when the owner of this urgent care is there, Google it you'll find her name, also the manager also the owner and obviously not a good doctor! She did not take care of my son this evening and as a result, she also put my 18-year-old special needs son at risk as we do not know if my 29-year-old son who is taking care of him while I am in quarantine needs to be in quarantine himself, very unimpressed and actually very angry! Notice the response from this DOCTOR as well as OWNER of this urgent care! She is literally LYING!!!!!' WOW! Not only a terrible dr but unethical and terribly unprofessional! I NEVER demanded a THING! I came in for a PCR! I was given a rapid test, when I asked if they would also do a PCR I was told yes, this was their protocol prior to my seeing the dr! Sad thing is I had wonderful care under the team that was NOT part of this owner/so called dr! My son came in after a faint line appeared on ONE home Covid test, at least 1 hr prior to their close! He is high risk and asked for both a PCR and rapid test. This owner/so called dr refused the rapid test yet without any tests she prescribed antibiotics as well as the antiviral medication. I called angry that she would not do the rapid, she argued with me and LIED about me when I saw a Good dr on Sat. This owner/ so called Dr has absolutely no ehthics! I will be reporting her for hipa violation as she should not have discussed any of this with me let alone put it here on social media! Too late too, it has been copied and pasted! I was on hold for 10 minutes before anyone even said anything,The receptionist is unprofessional she doesn't seem to care about how she talks to patients. The staff was very reshuffled and all over the place. we were never asked if we had any questions or concerns about anything they would just pop in do a swab and leave, they took tests without telling us when we would get the results. Both doctors saw us in the span of almost 3 hours, most of that time we spent it alone in the room not knowing what was going on. when it came to my baby they seemed very unprepared to care for a 14 month old and we're not very patient with her they seemed bothered that a BABY wasn't cooperating. We've been here once before, a completely different doctor saw her and treated her as the baby she is and had patience with her as again she a baby. The owner who is currently one of three practicing doctors at this office is absolutely stunning. She is extremely talented and I think one would be blessed to be seen by her. However, I would not recommend the doctor currently there in the evenings. I was formerly a loyal patient of this walk in but recently my daughter and I have been seen mainly from this doctor and have had reliable issues with her every visit. The final straw was the last visit. I am a single mother and my daughter has recently developed a severe discomfort with needles (as numerous 7 year olds do). This doctor has absolutely no care or time for this and makes it abundantly clear from the very beginning. While the nurses (thankfully) worked on my daughters test results, this doctor decided to pounce on me like a shark in bloody waters. She intensely lectured me that my SEVEN year old was 100% going to become a horrible, law breaking teenager and how I am absolutely the weakest mother who is "ran by Her child." All while I am terrified for my daughter as she was in a high amount of pain and had a 102.5 degree fever. However, I mustered enough thought to respond that my daughters teacher has made it expressly clear that my daughter has the best behavior in class by far and is the model student and that she may have a social disorder. Not that I should have to ever say that in this circumstance. I say that to say that I refuse to be a patient here as long as that doctor is employed or unless she amends her atrocious bedside manner. Its called empathy. On Thursday December 2rd 2021, I took my son to Urgent care at around 9:15 he had a very painful ear ache, They told me that they where going to send his prescription to CVS on Highland rd and Crescent rd in Waterford MI because they where open until midnight. I said that would be a great, thank you so much, and I will go straight there. We i arrived attire pharmacy, I told the pharmacist that I just left urgent care on Dixie explained everything to her what they said she check both computers and said there was nothing she told me to go home and that it should be in by 10:15 p.m , I told her they close at 10:00 p.m she was surprised that she hadn't received anything yet. When I left Urgent Care it was 9:36 p.m. CVS called me around 10:07 p.m and said they never received anything the pharmacists even tried to call them. I'm very disappointed in this Urgent Care I was lied too I went there to get help for my son and get the care that he needed, they failed providing medical care and should have their licenses revoked. They bold faced lied. I have already contacted my attorney about this matter first thing this morning. He was appalled as well. This caused us harm not help. In no way should they be practicing when they hurt my son more than they helped. Disgusting. Need shut down!!!!I will focus on making sure this never happens to someone again at this place. read more

Don't get COVID PCR testing here! They advertise as being free but if you have insurance, they don't code correctly and you end up with a out-of-pocket bill! I've been trying to get them to fix this since May. I've been ignored and hung-up on. Now they're threatening to send my case to their collection agency! The nurses and staff were great. The doctor gave me about 20seconds of her time then prescribed over $100 of prescriptions (cough syrup, antibiotic, anti-viral) for the flu... The pharmacy didn't even have what she prescribed. But why prescribe a $80 medication (after my good insurance and a coupon) when there are so much more affordable medication? read more

Without fail, they have provided our family with compassionate patient care every single time we have needed them. From the staff who checks us in and the chicken broth in the waiting room to the empathy they show us when we seem to be at our worst, they outshine other practices. I have come to rely on Dr. Yeras and her staff of professionals for our family's urgent care needs, and with four young children, we need them regularly during the winter months. I know that when we visit their office, we will get relief from whatever ails us. AND our prescriptions are ALWAYS at the pharmacy right after we leave. Never have I reached three Pharmacy and had to wait for the prescriptions to be sent over. Their office is on top of it all and even follow up with phone calls to check on us. Quality Urgent Care provided excellent service to my husband. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything in detail to him. She also provided names and recommendations on where my husband should follow up for his condition. He has gone back and received great medical care and follow up treatment. Arrived 1 hour before they closed and I could tell right away the lady at the front desk wasn't friendly. She mumbled something about me not being there since some other company took over? Honestly not sure what she was saying. I had visited this location less than a year ago. My arm was slammed in a tailgate as I was getting ready for a 15 hour car ride back to MI from S.C. doc walked in mentioned she had another patient with same injury, sent me to X-ray. Lady who took my X-ray asked my birthday and name and it was incorrect. Doc sent me home with a script of ibuprofen. When picking up script they had the wrong name, address, phone number and dob but right insurance. Too many errors for comfort here. And the not so friendly staff didn't help. When calling while at Pharmacy I could tell right away I was talking to lady we say last night. She didn't apologize for the mistake and very short with me. read more

I visit Quality Urgent Care on 12/5 to treat my hurt leg. I was seen by PA Erica Martin. When first greeted, she pronounced my name incorrectly which I didn't take any offense to. She was rude to me, she questioned every statement explaining on what's hurting me and kept asking me if I'm sure like I'm I don't know how I was feeling or explaining what's going on with me. After sitting in the room for long periods of time, she came back and told me that I might need to see a Neurologist. While politely asking more questions about my status and how to be referred to see a Neurologist, she quickly cut me off and said it's NEUROLOGIST, you said it wrong. I find that very offensive, I'm not a native here and English is my second language. I politely stated that what I said then she wrote Neurologist on exam table sheet, treating me like a second-class citizen. The was truly uncalled for and will never visit this office again. read more
