I had purchase an older appliance elsewhere but wanted to have the electrical gone through before I used it. They were so wonderful and took my stove in and took the time to check it out and cleaned it. I was shocked at the price they charged me. Thinking it was going to be far more than what they charged me. I went back to the to purchase a freezer and got a great deal. They loaded it and secured it for me. They had no respect for me as a customer or as a person. Questioned my service to the country as a Marine called me a coward and little boy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This post does not violate any Yelp guide lines, I am not a boyfriend, I am the husband and, I was the customer. I was not hostile at all they yelled (screamed) at me, both the owner and his wife did she was worse, very bad. I am just stating facts that's all. I have the proof, and no, I will never use your company again for any purpose. I would never trust the people there. I fixed the washer myself to avoid this company . I never even raised my voice once. I was yelled at called names and belittled, but not once did I raise my voice. I asked if I needed to call an attorney and was told at that point. That I had threatened them and needed to stop harassing them to fix the washer. Read the other comments they say the same thing. Then they threaten to sue you if you don't take down your negative post, just the facts I have the proof. read more

We had a dryer bought from here installed and delivered, and when the owner left after installing it, he left the dryer tilted, propped against our wall. The dryer has a broken leg so it's unbalanced and rocking back and forth. He left it in our home that way. We called Tina and she suggested we adjust the legs ourselves. So now we're on day 3 of this. My boyfriend is now trying to finish the job himself. What a headache! All these appliances are broken and "repaired" and re sold. Junk masked just enough to sell. And watch out for the 20 cats and dogs roaming through the store lounging on the merchandise. If you want something half ass installed this is the place to go! Such a stressful experience! read more

PLEASE don't deal with these people. You will regret it. And don't think that you'll be treated differently from these reviews!!! Your not special - you will have major hassles with them. We unfortunately bought a fridge and washing mechine from these people. They delivered the appliances and when they installed it - all he checked was that they had put the hot water on the right side. Two of us stood by watched and not once did he test the unit to agitate or rinse or spin. They took our old mechine and fridge. The fridge was clean on the surface but take the bins out and there was blackened macharoni and orange sludge all in the back and that's when I noticed the tape holding the pieces together. I took photos I couldn't believe it. I went to put the first load of washing on and sure enough it started filling up with hot water just as it did while he was here. At no time was I hard or vigorous with the lid. After filling up - the mechine just stopped and hasn't done anything else since. I called within 15 hours. The very first thing she said was "what did I do to break it"!!!! Then it was hard to get a word in edgewise. So far they As a professional communicator I deal with difficult people from time to time but this married couple were way beyond me. The communication "dysfunction" was shocking. The service was 3rd world and frankly offensive. We have reported them to the commissioner and taken them to small claims court to sort it out!PLEASE don't deal with these people. You will regret it. We bought a refrigerator from them with all the assurances of warranty and they stand behind it. Would be no problems. Less than two weeks after delivery it started making noise and died. They refuse to fix it or help us in any way. We just threw away a bunch of money and all because they made us trust them. Major rip off. Run from this company. read more

Always helpful service from this husband and wife team! They have saved my family lots of money with their advice on how to repair our appliances when they were down. They gave honest advice and specific directions on how to "do-it-ourself" without requiring us to buy unnecessary parts, or telling us we needed a new appliance! Highly recommend! read more

STAY AWAY. - Sold me "quality used w&d. Washer was full of mold, mildew and chunks of rust all thru out the cloths. Cloths smelled soo bad I had to wash at laundry mat. Dry took over 6 hours to dry 3 bath towels. I was told my vent was clogged. Put a temp gauge in the dryer and it only got to 110 degrees! I traded in my perfectly good used washer and dryer that were working better than what I got! Kept making excuses and then refused to pick up the units and refund my $$. Had to get CC company involved! These 2 people act like sweet cherry pie to your face and then screw you as soon as your back is turned.! BAD BAD BAD business read more

I bought a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher for my Mother from Quality Used Appliance. What a mistake. Mother wanted basic appliances, no digital, to upgrade her kitchen. When I arrived everything was for the customer. After you buy there is nothing but lies and innuendoes that you got a good price, why should it work! It's 6 months later and the refrigerator part still hasn't come in. I found it on ebay in a matter of minutes. They lie to your face and are rude on the phone when their lies are pointed out.
