We paid this owner well over 2k on November 12 to repair/aim sprinklers and reseed our front and back yard. Way too much money! It's now been over a month and a half and we still have no new grass. She and her one associate did a rushed job and left topsoil all over our patio, walkways and everything near the lawn. Sprinklers were so far off they completely soaked our entire patio, walkways and we had tons of run off going down the street. When we texted her she just said that was fine. My husband and I had to clean up and fix the sprinklers. This alone would not have prompted a bad review, but we still have no new grass! When we told her and asked her to come she scheduled something only to cancel last minute and not offer to reschedule. As we began to feel sick about how we wasted so much money her response was to blame the amount of water(which she programmed) and say we should have purchased her weekly visits. We have never felt so disgusted about wasting money on nothing but a muddy mess. We have tried to work with her but she has her money and has no interest in seeing we got what we paid for. read more

I have never had worse customer service. Kimberly is so rude and does not know how to be nice to a potential customer. Her emails are very vague and her communication is horrible. She called me and was rude and aggressive over the phone. I will not be using this company for any landscaping issues. You are a complete liar. You never called me prior to today. I had no idea you were even a lady. You are confusing me with someone else. You called today for the first time after I emailed you asking for some sort of communication. I am looking for a company to help me, what do I have in this to lie? You emails are so vague, you never gave me a time. I work full time, I dont have time to sit around and wait for you to show up when you feel like it. Life doesnt happen that way. Had a few bad experiences with other companies; one just never showed up as scheduled and the next person worked for a few months and then No Call, No Show! When I tried to contact him his phone was disconnected and saw online that his business was closed! Seems to be par for the course with companies in Temecula. Was so happy to find Quality Yard. Kimberly is great and appreciate her communication and follow up. She is on site and her worker (forget his name) is very efficient.
