Superb pest control. We called QualityPro after our contracted pest control company refused to remediate a bug issue in the ceiling of our second floor office. We weren't sure what bugs they were--but QualityPro diagnosed that it was bees from the audio of a video file I sent. They came out within a day or two and quickly exterminated the nest. They also did a thorough inspection in our attic and around the perimeter of our home, finding and removing a paper wasp nest that our contracted pest control company also missed. They'll be back here in another week or two to clear out the nest and assess potential structural damage. You are in great hands with QualityPro. Rip off - do not use! My family and I are so disgusted with the level of service provided from Quality Pest Control (such irony in the name). Similar to another review I saw on here, Jim and his staff were very polite in the beginning to get our business but once we paid over $1100 they went silent and unresponsive. Our issue with bed bugs concentrated in one room of the house was persistent even after they "treated" the house 4 times. I've since tried numerous times to contact both Jim and his Office Manager Felicia to rectify the problem. Both have been unresponsive, in fact the last time I called in the call went dead after I identified myself to Felicia. I called back right away and was told she stepped away... Please do not spend your time or money with this company. At all cost RUN or avoid using their service completely, you'll thank me later. read more

Hired them to trap squirrels going in and out of my attic - they promised the world upfront (they will def catch them, etc) only to catch nothing but billed me over $800. FYI they lie and say they guarantee their work but come to find out the catch is you have to pay for extra work they want to do (they quoted me over $6,000) - Also had to have my roof repaired right after they "finished" which cost me about $1,000 - which they claim it wasn't them even though they were working and setting up traps on the roof. We discovered a huge hornets nest in one of our trees the other day. The thing looked beyond crazy, about 24 inches long with hornets flying all over the place. About 2 hours after calling up, Jim came by, put on the bee suit, and got rid of the thing. Price was exactly what was quoted. Absolutely horrible service, NO results and astronomical price. I cxalled them because we have a groundhog living under our deck and since we bought a new puppy this groundhog needs to be removed as it defacates all over our garden and can transmit deseases to our new dog. They said they would come the next day and place traps, leave them for 3 days and if they would not catch the animal we could consider other methods. When they arrived they put 3 cages is our (fences) back yard, no food inside to lure the animal or anything. After 48 hours they came, picked up the empty cages and left, never to hear from them ever again!!! I was out more than 500 dollars. Our housekeeper told me that 2 men came and took the empty cages without as much as a word. I figured I would get a call with explanation, but nothing. When i called I got a rude lady on the phone who said that hey has left the cages for 3 days. i said: "from wednesday 2 pm to Friday 1 pm is less than 48 hours, in my book that is 2 days". Her reply: "no, the cages were there on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, that's 3 days". This is what we call lying, manipulating and a total rip off! I paid over 500 dollars for misleading promises and my problem is simply NOT resolved. read more

I used this company. The staff was polite but the service was just horrible. They say their work is guaranteed but that's not true at all. The price was extremely high so I was hesitant to hire them at first but they assured me that if I do all the work for all the services they recommend that their work is guaranteed. I specifically asked "so if I do everything you recommend I won't have anymore issues and if I do you'll come back out fix the problem at no additional charge" I went forward with all their recommendations and they charged me $1000 . My problem was that I heard mice or some other rodents crawling in my ceilings and walls . After they did the job there was no change I still can hear them in the walls and ceilings I called them and they came back out and said they must be coming in from somewhere else and said it would cost an additional $2000 They are a total scam Do not use them read more

I was relaxing on my couch on a Saturday evening when I saw a bat fly into my living room. I bolted out of the room and called the first number that had a human on the other line...Qualitypro was it. Jim Horton arrived within 30mins to find me stressed and frazzled to say the absolute least. He asked me a few questions and began the search immediately following. Once the bat was located inside my window trim, which had an opening at the top, Jim spent the next hour going over points of entry through my entire apartment. This comprehensive search allowed me to feel secure in what needed to be done next. It also assured me that I probably would not be having any more bats considering the "fort knox like" approach to sealing my home. That night, Jim sealed up my windows and the following Monday, my window trims were permanently sealed with concrete.
