The clinical director met with me for a free consultation and carefully answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions)! She was so kind and helpful and never made me feel rushed or bad for asking a million questions...she's amazing and so is their team. Nayfee, who was on his case for almost 3 years, is one of the best in the field. She never wasted a second during a session. She taught him how to eat, play, talk, change clothes, deal with emotions and literally everything that is essential for day-to-day life. Now he is a friendly kid with a big heart who loves every single person around him. I often joked that I didn't raise him, SHE raised him, but honestly what she did for him is a big part of his being. BCBA's and other therapists were also fantastic. They always went above and beyond. It's obvious that the owner, Ani, has incredibility high standard when it comes to hiring process. It is a scary thought that if we had never known Behavior Trend. Can't even imagine how my son would have turned out. He outgrew the age range they specialize in and we no longer receive their service but I often model after them in a difficult situation. Even if they have a long wait list, I guarantee you it's worth waiting.

I was really at my wits end when we discovered this service at Behavior Trend. Ani and Samantha were heaven sent - true angels that knew exactly how to handle every hurdle we encountered. At the end of our first day working together I knew we would be successful and now, two weeks later, my son is going to the restroom all by himself! Even in public places! I am truly amazed!!! Not only did I work here briefly in 2012, but my nephew also received services from their clinical staff. Foothill has provided families the tools they need to support their children. They offer various services such as direct therapy and parent training. The diagnosis of Autism may be scary for a lot of parents but receiving early intervention is the key. My nephew is now a young adult and although he still requires supervision, his behaviors have subsided drastically and he's finally able to communicate with us. I thank the clinical team at Foothill for all their support. I recently went to visit their new office in Lake Balboa and learned they have a center with various activities for children. My son was so excited to try rock climbing. I would recommend Foothill to families in need of ABA in the Lake Balboa area. They have multilingual staff and are also able to provide therapy in different languages.
