The texture was light and fluffy and while it reminds me of bingsoo, it's creamier because it's cream instead of milk I think? Overall it ended up being quite rich, especially with all the whipped cream, and the matcha flavor is a little too sweet. Next time I'll probably try a fruity flavor (and bring friends).
