Edit: The owner of High Hopes wrote a response including the statement, "Yelp glorifies amateur critics, giving them a platform for disproportionate, often weaponized power to individual opinions over professional expertise." That is the entire point of this platform, and arguably, any customer review. The response from Jamie invalidates the individual's experience and alienates the customer.
