I grabbed a sesame bagel with the garlic jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was chewy on the outside and soft inside. The cream cheese was blended well and not super overwhelming. I honestly could have done with a little more spicy but totally understand the choice to make it more approachable. Everything others were eating looks absolutely delicious so I will be back to try more! Plus their full espresso bar was very enticing!

The short version is you won't find better bagels dine in or to go in the area. Their menu is well designed with a decent variety of options without being overwhelming or trying to do too much. As a regional chain, they have several locations but this one is very well situated. There's a free parking lot and free parking on the street out front. They have a decent inside dining area and outdoor seating on the patio as well. During the pandemic, they kept going with delivery and curbside pick up and eventually opened for in-store pick up and eventually for in-store dining again. Over the past few years they have been rewarded with a growing and loyal customer base. All of this means that if you want to place an order, be prepared, especially on weekend mornings, for a decent delay as they will at times become swamped with customers. I highly recommend downloading and using their app. Much better than trying to use a third party app to order. Plus you get occasionally discounts/rewards. In order to help address the breakfast rush hour, a few years ago they installed a very large wall with alphabetized shelves for pick up orders. in addition, they recently added a monitor that shows which orders are currently ready and on the shelf, and which orders are in progress with a time estimate for when it will be ready. In terms of specific food items, I highly recommend all of the breakfast egg sandwiches. Be aware that the 'ham' they list is Taylor ham; also known as pork roll. Very delicious, but not the same thing as deli ham. All of the lunch sandwiches are well-made but I am partial to the low fat chicken salad. It's great on a bagel, cold, or on rye bread as a Panini. The french fries are a must have, and I would absolutely get them with breakfast or lunch.

I told her my name and she said it would be a few more minutes. The woman then stated talking to her coworkers.. nonstop chatter. All the while the back cooks were bringing up food. And they were bagging it. After about 10 minutes of waiting. I interrupted the chatter and asked if my sandwich would be coming soon (at this point it had been 20 minutes since I ordered). She then asked me my name again and then grabbed a bag that had been sitting in the counter for some time and handed it to me. No apology.. nothing to show my bag had been sitting there for the last 8 minutes while I waited and she as the "greeter" forgot to check on it. So overall I would say the one star given is generous for the service, and food I received from this store.

First time here, I'm going to start with a croissant and a special latte they were promoting. The croissant comes to me, warm and fresh in the bag.
