I don't know if I'll be back, i hear lots of good things about their other locations though so we'll see. It's in the food court in Crystal Mall so parking is horrible. The parking lot is probably the worst in the city and street parking is hard to find as well being so close to Metro. "Crossing-the-Bridge" Rice Noodles is a famous Chinese dish from Yunnan province and is a noodle soup served with a large bowl of boiling hot broth. The bone broth soup takes 12 hours to make and the rice noodles and other ingredients are then added to the boiling stone pot to cook together. Very fun to experience. The soup was delicious and full of flavour. The rice noodles were cooked al dente and no MSG which I appreciated. Loved the Crossing Noodle pot dish and can't wait to come back for more. Also has the braised beef brisket with rice. It was good and the rice was cooked to perfection to grab onto the beef sauce. Best rice I have eaten in a long time at a restaurant. Dinner for 2 was $55 before tips and we had to take some food home. I will be back with easy parking in the plaza, fantastic food and great customer service. On that one, the bun was delicious, but it could have used a bit more meat. The biang biang noodles and cold noodles were great--you can tell they hand-make them fresh. First of all, the sauce just didn't look appetizing at all. There was barely any sour cabbage, just a few tiny shredded pieces. The vermicelli was really mushy, and the pork belly slices were basically all fat. I honestly couldn't eat it. I had maybe one piece of pork belly and one bite of the vermicelli and left pretty much the whole dish untouched. When the server asked if I wanted to pack it up, I said no and told her I didn't like it at all. She didn't really say much, and no one came over to ask what was wrong. Since I barely touched the dish, I thought they might at least offer to replace it with something else or give me a discount. Service was okay otherwise, but I was disappointed with how they handled it. The place looked clean. Then when I went to leave a Google review afterward, I saw a notice from Google saying reviews had been removed because of suspicious review activity. That definitely made me question all those high ratings that made me want to try this place in the first place. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, but based on my experience, I wouldn't come back or recommend it.
