If I could rate this place negative stars I would. I thought third times the charm but I guess I was wrong. A employee by the name of Esperanza has denied my orders 3 times! Not only do they not want to prepare a Bionico for me 15 mins before closing time because they are all cleaned up, but they have also not wanted to make a natural juice for me because they stop making them at 7pm. Both times I have showed up around 6:30 to 6:40 and waited the long line to be denied my request for a fresh juice and clearly it was not 7! Never going back again. I am so confused right now... Came here first and then decided to check out Yelp reviews after seeing the notorious "yelp" sticker at the window. For some odd reason the milk based ice creams tasted extremely grainy. The textures of all the different flavors were not consistent. Some were icier, some creamier, grainier...I didn't recognize some of the fruit flavors but I did enjoy trying them. Ended up with the strawberry...ice cream? Definitely not ice cream. Sorbet? Not sorbet either...hmmm more like granita, yes..strawberry flavored ice. Please note...whoever wrote "all natural made at the store"....uhhh my tongue was straight red afterwards. Let me tell you, Red Food Coloring #40 approved under the Pure Food and Drug Act isn't exactly all natural.. I went in today and left empty handed and it's also not the first time. There was a family in front of me and they were already being helped and there was two more employees in the back plus the one already helping the family. So there was a total of 3 employees. Now I understand that there are things to do behind the counter and that's completely understandable however, at least acknowledge the customer, a simple "Hello, I'll be right with you" would be awesome but nothing of that sort. I made eye contact with all three of the employees and no hello or acknowledgment was given. I made my way out the door and said thank you. The girl that was helping the family looked at me in awe and said nothing. I could say that maybe they were having a bad day, or maybe they had tons of orders to fill. But this isn't the first, second or third time that this has happened. It's an ongoing issue, and I keep coming back in hopes that maybe their attitude or their customer service approach has changed but it has yet to do so.
