We love a good ice cream spot and Fosselman's Ice Cream is definitely one of them. My family and I stopped by while in the area after a recommendation and they did not disappoint. We came in on a weekday after dinner time and the shop was busy with customers from the second we came in to the moment we stepped outside. Service was efficient and friendly. The staff definitely does a good job of moving the line through quickly. I couldn't decide which flavors to try, so I went with a two scoop cone of Coffee & Cookies (coffee ice cream with Oreos) and Matcha Strawberry. Both were delicious and the portions for each scoop were generous. I couldn't even finish my cone. Pricing was fair and justified the product. I came here to meet my friends on a random weekday night and it was actually way more packed than I expected! It was such a cute shop inside and made me feel like a kid again. They even sold candy which I kept staring at while I waited in line. Also it is cash only so definitely keep that in mind if you're like me and never carry cash on hand. They do sale candy too, so you have things to check out while you're waiting. I ordered the rocky road ice cream in a cup. They use more butter cream in their ice cream, I didn't like the texture of the ice cream. It was different then the ice cream that I normally eat. I can now confirm, THIS is the cappuccino ice cream I've been longing for and hoping to find! Now for my review: We decided to stop here on our way home from DTLA. It's so cute from the outside; you can't miss it! As soon as we walked in, it felt like a magical sweetness wonderland! There were so many candies all around, bulk & pre-bagged. The place was packed, so I had a hard time taking photos. Once we got to the front, we were excited to try some of the other flavors! The watermelon sorbet was a huge hit with my kids. Because the clown cones are premade they are in the fridge and the cones become soggy and kind of inedible because it starts to taste like the fridge. The sundae was good. They have a lot of workers so the line went fast. There's a parking lot next door with a couple of spaces. Interior was interesting with all the old pictures. Although the ice cream was good it did hurt my family stomach and we had to run to the bathrooms after this. I think it was the cone so maybe don't get the clown cone.
