I was planning to take pictures, but they got a little beat up during delivery, so they weren't exactly photo-worthy. If they taste this good after a delivery mishap, I can only imagine how incredible they are fresh in person. We were told the food would be ready in 15-20 minutes. There's definitely a lot of competition where the food truck is located, with 2-3 other trucks nearby. Parking is spacious and the truck also has its own seating area, though takeout is probably better in this summer heat. I ordered the Queasabirria Plate--3 queasabirrias with birria meat, with melted cheese, cilantro and onion, served with consommé for dipping. I really enjoyed these. The meat was tender and flavorful and the consommé just elevated it all. In addition to the plate I ordered a small quesadilla with Suadero meat. The meat was tender, tortilla soft and the cheese was nice and melted. Overall a great meal, and I would definitely try other options on their menu!
