At Murray & Lexington I noticed that El Bandido Suelto ( The Fugitive Bandit?) was opened. I made a slower than usual right turn up the back driveway of the commercial building to the left and then drove around right to their parking lot. Stepping out of my car, I saw the sign stand had a QR code and a small menu. There wasn't a line and a only a few people were waiting for their orders. I looked at the menu on the window and learned that the menu is limited. After looking it over, I ordered the Birria Vampiros. It took less than 5 minutes to get my order. I sat down at tine of the nice wooden bench table with blue umbrellas and unwrapped the bag. In front of my eyes were two fried eggs, underneath that was a juicy, tender lamb and a cheese concoction. All nestled in top of a freshly made corn tortilla. I found out it was still hot when I tried to pick it up. No matter, I moved a bit of the nestled tapa topping to let the steam escape. In the second attempt, success led to an amazing combination of crunch, cheese, tender pulled meat with diced onions, cilantro, lime and red salsa... Twilight Zone experience. I'm going to keep my eye on this Bandido and look forward to trying the rest of their amazing fare... but wait the consommé... That my friend, completed the whole meal. Go visit...

I can see them back there cooking so it's very fresh! They have three picnic tables with umbrellas you could sit at if you wanted. The food is flavorful and hits the spot. This is our second time here and I'll be back to try the torta! I got the strawberry horchata and the flavor was perfect. Refreshing, not too heavy, and a light touch of strawberry.

He was super kind and attentive, even when just taking my order. On a Friday night, it took 20ish minutes for our order to be ready for pick-up! The space where the food truck is located is pretty open, plenty of parking spots. There's currently only one other food truck there and they have a pretty big outdoor seating area, good for big and small groups. I ordered the "Beef Shawarma Rice Bowl" -- contained beef, rice, banana peppers, pickles, cucumbers, onions and was topped with 3 different sauces. The beef was so tender, soft and flavorful and the veggies provided the freshness and acidity that made everything taste so balanced, all on a big bed of rice. There was definitely more rice than meat, but when mixing everything together you don't notice and again, the beef was delicious. To drink I had fresh lemonade with lavender in it, per the owner's suggestion--it's GOOD. Overall a great experience and loved the food and service. I only regret not finding or checking out this truck sooner. I will definitely be back!

Here is their reply; "Tawakkul (تَوَكُّل) is an Arabic Islamic concept that translates to "trust in Allah" or "reliance on Allah". It involves doing everything within your power to achieve a goal (taking actionable steps) and then placing your complete trust in the Divine Plan for the outcome." "...By practicing tawakkul, individuals surrender their worries and fears about the future. It brings inner peace, as a person acknowledges their human limitations and accepts that whatever outcome happens is ultimately part of a greater, Divine wisdom." What an incredible understanding of letting go and letting god/a higher power take care of you and releasing those stresses of your life. Coming here not to get religion, but ordering really good food and believe that you are being taken care of. This man serving you is just thankful to share his generosity. I have enjoyed just showing up and being served his epic dish. When you arrive it's a cute park like setting clean picnic tables and benches while you wait for food. There are a reasonable amount of parking spaces so you don't have to worry where to park. You can stay and eat or takeout. It's really at your discretion. Either way you'll be back.
