Converting the indoor space to accommodate the entire wedding party due to adverse winds outside
    Suzanne J.

Coordinated and catered a wedding here including an on-location tasting prior to this all for a bridal couple and their parents. Beautiful grounds and due to adverse weather, we were still able to move the entire guest seating indoors to the main floor. Gorgeous kitchen with convenient butler's pantry !

    The view!

This is a fantastic spot to stay with a big group! We had a group of 22 stay here for our wedding weekend and everyone had more than enough space. Our wedding was at Lorimar Winery (6 minute drive) but in addition to staying there, we used the Que Syrah Resort for a Welcome Party the day before and getting ready the day of. A few of us arrived one day early and booked a single room at the resort (it is able to be booked hotel-style if no one has booked the whole place). Mike and David were wonderful hosts. They greeted us when we arrived even though we checked in late in the evening and gave us a tour of the whole place. Que Syrah is beautiful inside and out. The lawn made a perfect location for our welcome party. They moved two bars outside for us and set up chairs and small tables. We brought lawn games and had more than enough space for our 70 guests in the backyard alone though we could have expanded inside as well. The master suite is huge, the closet alone is bigger than our apartment bedroom back in LA. We had more than enough space to get ready there just in the suite alone. All of our guests loved their rooms and the views from the balconies were fantastic. Plenty of parking for the guests of the house as well as the larger group for the welcome party - we had tons of room to spare. I highly recommend this resort for any large group and it is extra great for weddings. If you are considering Que Syrah - book it!!

Just one of the many views from outside! Gorgeous! Even on a rainy day!

I booked Que Syrah for my wedding the other weekend for our closest friends to stay in for the weekend. We booked it unseen and could not have been happier with the result! Everything was super clean and looked just like the pictures. The management was super easy to communicate with. (I had initially found it on airbnb but was able to book it directly with Mike, which turned out cheaper!) Vanessa was great answering questions we had about the place leading up to the event, like if they had a keurig (which they do) and how to get a caterer in and out! They helped set up tables for the rehearsal dinner as well as took them down the next day. They were like little mice, I barely even knew they had shown up! I wish I had the funds to stay there every weekend because I would!!! If we ever have reason to book it again, no doubt, best place to stay in Temecula!!!

The first thing you see when walking into the resort.

Alex and Aaron helped us and were so friendly. All the staff here actually are super friendly and helpful. Serviced golf carts are available if you don't feel like making the hike (or are too drunk) to make the trek up to your accommodations. The view is gorgeous from the top! There's a fire pit and jacuzzi available. Our room was nice and cozy and we greatly appreciate the complementary note and gift. The only thing that wasn't working in the room was the TV. We just wanted some background noise and we kept finagling with it but no luck. We did let the front desk know and they're aware of the situation. We didn't have any issues with noise but maybe we were lucky and didn't have anyone else staying nearby. All the wine and food here is delicious. Really can't go wrong with this beautiful winery and no need to leave really. The only suggestion would be for the coffee shop on site to be open in the morning instead of later on in the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back again!

If you end up at "The Inn" you have basically opted to pay for the worst property in Temecula at 4 star hotel rates. The manager refuses to talk to both me and Expedia about this ridiculous misrepresentation. I cannot say enough how much I HATED this experience. I will also NEVER trust Expedia again, because their customer support was completely worthless in getting this resolved.

Beautiful Resort, Disappointing Front Desk Experience…read more The resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds, comfortable villas, and a great restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience at check-in completely overshadowed what should have been a wonderful stay. After we had already checked in and paid the required incidental deposit, we were unexpectedly told to pay an additional deposit. When I questioned this, the Front Desk Supervisor, Michael, told us that if we did not pay immediately, our reservation would be canceled, despite the fact that our stay had already been paid for. What was even more disappointing was the way we were treated. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude, with repeated references to "hotel policy" rather than any genuine effort to help. This happened on my husband's birthday, and it completely ruined the beginning of our celebration. The property deserves five stars, but the customer service we received at the front desk was unacceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, because no guest should be treated this way.

Stayed in a room in the Tower, and probably would have preferred one in the Villas for an additional cost. The room was a corner unit and larger than I expected with a view of the vineyard. The amenities were decent with a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, desk area, loveseat and king bed. Would have been nice to have a robe. Nice balcony, and actually saw a hot air balloon land in the nearby parking lot! Pool area was decent with lots of lounge chairs and a few cabanas. They do have room service, plenty of parking, on-site spa (did not try), and a wine tasting room (did not try) near the restaurant ... separated from the hotel. The decor in the lobby area is a little dated, but neat and clean -- front desk staff were very friendly.

One of the biggest appeals is its peace, quiet, and the open back patio that overlooks acres and acres of vineyards. The room itself was spacious with a huge king-sized bed. They also offer hot air balloon and spa packages. The only thing was that the fridge was not that cold so our water and food weren't very cold overnight. The tasting room is on-site closer to the front of the property and when staying at the resort you get $5 off their wine tasting ($30 for 5). We came here after we checked out of our room and our favorite was the cuvée prestige. This place is very peaceful and secluded which makes for the perfect weekend getaway. This allows for access to more pools/ spas , complementary bathrobe during stay, and the best "bang for your buck" when it comes to cost-for-use (day pass price and spa availability vs. hotel guest price and spa availability). I would give 5 stars for the staff, namely Katie and Anthony at the front desk. They were exceptionally helpful. Katie, in particular, genuinely enjoys working here and did everything in her power to ensure my party had the best stay. I would give 1.5- 2 stars for the lack of a code of conduct or the enforcement thereof. There were so many couples who struggled with keeping their "physical passion for one another" to themselves. Many different couples were spanking each other LOUDLY in various areas of the resort. There were some couples who were getting a little too comfortable with one another in different soaking tubs, some who were getting "handsy" at the clay cove, and some who were just doing questionable behavior regardless where they were. I am a young adult and I've been around couples who have had public passion for each other- like making out at amusement parks- you know, the usual. BUT this behavior was on another level; this was out of the bounds of public decency. On the note of public decency, there were a few guests whose swimwear exposed more than it covered (if you're picking up what I'm throwing down). There was, also, one man in particular who was smoking/ taking a fat rip of his vape in front of CHILDREN. All that being said, I could NOT, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone accompanied by very young humans as a child-friendly/ family- friendly resort. Aside from those concerns, everything else met my standards. Hotel room (Stone Lodge) was clean. Towels were stocked at the pools. The temperatures were good. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would not return as a day pass user (since my party and I are not locals), BUT we would come back as hotel guests.

Dear Management Team,…read more I am writing to share my deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at Ponte Vineyard Inn. We chose your property for a restful weekend getaway, expecting the high-quality service and comfort that your brand and pricing suggest. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by significant service failures that seem to be part of a recurring pattern. Upon check-in, we specifically requested housekeeping and fresh towels for 10:00 AM (or after) the following day. We vacated our room at 9:00 AM to allow ample time. However, upon our return at 5:00pm, the room remained untouched. Furthermore, our breakfast experience at Bouquet Restaurant was unacceptable. We sat for 25 minutes without being greeted or served, even as guests who arrived after us were attended to. When I sought out the hostess, I was told our server was "on break." As a former Service Director for a Fortune 500 company who has spent years coaching and mentoring professionals in high-touch, quality service, I find this lack of basic floor management and "service recovery" deeply concerning. After checking out, I reviewed recent feedback on platforms like Yelp and noticed that these specific issues--housekeeping lapses and slow restaurant service--have been raised by guests for months, if not years. The standard response from leadership claims these issues are being "addressed," yet our experience proves otherwise. In any service-oriented profession, words of apology are empty without the actions to back them up. I am sharing this not just as a dissatisfied guest, but as a professional in the service industry who knows that excellence is a CHOICE made daily. I hope this feedback reaches someone who is committed to restoring the standards Ponte Vineyard Inn claims to uphold.

The must try dishes for me were the Salmon&Ahi Crudo, as well as the ceviche. Both plates were quite refreshing, but watch out for the spiciness! The sweet and spicy crudo was set inside of a toasted coconut with some chips to enjoy alongside the fish. The ceviche also came with some chips, but had a more savory and citrus taste. We got 2 entrees, the Linguini De Mariscos and and the Pot Pie Espanol. Both dishes were quite rich. The linguini dish had lobster, scallops, and shrimp. The pot pie dish had filet mignon, lobster, and bone marrow. The flaky crust was definitely memorable. As for service, Phillip was great. He had recommended a rosé to go along with my dish. I was looking for a sweet wine, but they were out that day. Once we received our check, we had a bit of a wait since a large party needed their order taken. Other than that, the service was great, out water was constantly getting filled by the attentive staff.
