Everything from their front gate entrance, to the walkways around the property, to the pool and jacuzzi, everything is so nice. I highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting! The rooms are tiny houses built by Greg himself. He has put all his life experience in design and construction into these homes and they are definitely something to see for yourselves. We stayed at his latest build, The Beach House, which was beautiful! The tiny house is fitted with everything one might need to take a small vacation; two beds, two floors, HDTV with Netflix, bathroom, and full kitchen. There are plenty of little areas between areas that Greg has put in there to allow for storage while still having the little homes feel uncluttered and open-floored. The pool area is so nice! There's a very nice pool lined with a great selection of plants, palm trees, and a small waterfall feature. There's a jacuzzi that you can jump into and enjoy. There is a couple small tables where you might want to sit and eat something, a chimney with firewood already provided by Greg and Michelle, and a BBQ if you want to chuck some steaks on there and grill. When we arrived she could not have been nicer and the room was stocked with all sorts of goodies. She offers free wifi and has a great tv with satellite. The room we had even had a cat on the balcony, which my wife loved, and a jacuzzi tub. We woke up to an outstanding breakfast with scrambled eggs, oatmeal, bacon, and guacamole (made fresh from her own avocado trees). Given the circumstances there were some elderly people that attended which the staff happily escorted everyone that needed assistance down to the hall after the ceremony. The hall was also set up very elegantly and they were really flexible with how we wanted everything to be. Even with a large showing they were able to accommodate everyone! The food was perfect, everyone loved it. Overall it was perfect. All of the staff were great but especially Traillan. She went above and beyond setting everything up and organizing everything so it would go smoothly. I can't thank her enough! For a very emotional event, the pala Mesa resort made it special and we are extremely grateful!

Last minute stay with my husband since we were visiting family in the area. I booked a king…read morestandard room online with no issues..... Checked in around 10pm and no one was at the check-in desk. After a few, a young lady walked in from outside to help & we were assigned our room..... We started making our way to our room & things already started feeling a little sketchy. We noticed that the property didn't appear to be well kept. Also we noticed random broken things around the property. We saw a broken fire extinguisher case near our parking space. No fire extinguisher & just broken glass. We also saw a large broken glass window just layed up against one of the walls by the swimming pool..... Once we entered our room we noticed a very musky smell right away. More than likely because the building is on the older side. So, we decided to put on the a/c right away. We were then shocked to see that someone had tagged inside the lid of the a/c control panel (ghetto). Right away this gave me the ick feeling..... Once we put our things down I made my way to the restroom. BIGGEST shock out of everything. Apparently the check-in person decided to give us an ADA room for a handicap person. What!? That is NOT what I had booked. What made it worse is that we did not have a door for our bathroom. So weird..... The bathroom looked horribly cleaned and maintained. The floor was coming apart, the entry way to the bathroom was coming apart, broken window in the shower, dirty soap dish in the shower & a random long hair in the shower wall..... Was this bathroom even cleaned? I should've went back to the front desk to bring up these issues. But honestly, we were just so tired. We decided to just bring it up to the staff in the morning...... Woke up and made our way back to the lobby for their free breakfast. Very limited items.... Took this time to address the ADA room issue. The check-in person apologized and advised that this never happens..... BUT, it did. I was then advised that they were very booked and by the time we checked in they gave us what was avaliable. I explained that this is NOT good customer service. Especially if we had pre-booked and paid for a standard room.... This facility shouldn't be over booking their rooms & just automatically give their guest whatever room is available. We should've been given the room that we had booked and prepaid for. This experience was not a quality one from Quality Inn. I'm hoping this was just a random bad experience.... They really need to work on their property upkeep and sanitation......

The house was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of beach and bath towels. The house was in a good location within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants (not fast food or chain restaurants). The neighborhood was lively during the day, and surprisingly peaceful each evening. It was also not far from the kids' favorite Mission Beach. There were plenty of paper supplies, cookware, and dishes. We gave the awesome Speed Queen washer a good workout. (I want one!) Though the house was expensive, the cost for the week was relatively reasonably considering its size and location. I would not hesitate to stay there again. I also appreciate Michael at La Jolla Vacation Rentals for working with me and patiently answering all of my questions. If we return to San Diego in the future, I will without question look for a house with La Jolla Vacation Rentals.

Stress-free, on-time, helped with luggage, strollers (2 infants; 1 toddler), etc. We were exhausted after a very long travel day and it was so nice having the shuttle nearby to pick us up in a matter of minutes. I would not hesitate to use them again. I'm so happy we have this service available to us in the Temecula-Murrieta area. Highly recommend!!

He let us choose the music in the van while we went from place to place and gave us an itinerary of what to expect before we started! He was also very nice and joyful! He also brought out birthday cupcakes for the three birthday girls!! It was very cute! He was personable and a joy to spend the day with! I only wish the tour of the winery was longer! I could not have asked for a better team to spend my wine tour with. Liz was funny, out-going, and always available to take a picture for you. We went to three wineries and each one had something special to offer. The lunch we had was exquisite. The brownie pairing with wine was amazing!!! My group had the turkey wraps, roast beef sandwiches, and the Cesar salad! Food kept us going as we sipped many great wines. I had a memorable experience and I am looking forward to seeing them again.

Jenelle was also able to make some great vendor recommendations that worked out wonderfully. The venue itself was beautiful and many of our friends told us during the night that they would have gotten married here if they had known about it for their weddings. Every member of the staff was so helpful and two steps ahead of every single one of our needs for the day before we even knew we needed them.
