So great do you take Zelle or should I go get Cash - no Zelle is fine. I told her that my hair had other processing in it and I would recommend doing a test strand because I didn't want to a bad job. Her response was "oh baby we are Albanians we don't mess up color" - then tells her employee to make a bleach with 30 Volume ( I had no idea how strong this even is & that it isn't even used because it will knock your hair out. She applies this to my head to make highlights she's very talkative and nice - at first. Ohh hunny you have ALOT of hair. Once stuff is in my hair I had to keep asking her to check it because I am no stylist but bleach in hair for over an hour? She checked 4/5 time as per my requested and said coming out beautiful. ( I didn't know she meant hair coming out beautiful as in my hair was being over processed). She has a Hispanic older lady very nice Natty. She has Natty finish her dirty work. Because once she sent her to wash it off and put toner - she never not once even looked at my hair. I can just feel something is wrong and Natty is trying to cover it up and make it seem like everything is alright. Natty asks me if I want to do a mask to help seal my hair, that's an extra $25 - great because who doesn't do mask or deep conditioning after processing hair. The hair mask is supposed to be on your head then a seaming machine - seaming machine kept turning off so the complete process wasn't done. I go to the bathroom after the wash and wow to my surprise my hair was falling out from just touching, the amount of hair I lost yesterday is incredible. The hair was puffy like just soaked felt like a cotton ball. So she now leaves Nice older woman Natty to do my hair the rest of the visit. When Natty started putting my rollers is when I saw all the hair coming out as she brushed. And I was like stop what is going on, when the other realized that she said what what what's the problem? I said my hair, it's coming out - she's like it's like that cause it's WET. You came in here with your hair like that. She's like that's all that processing and flat ironing you do. ( baes my actual hairdresser is a blower beast - no iron needed. At this point my hair super overprocessed hair that not even the drier after 1:30 mins could dry. Poor lady started to try and blow out my hair and it just got worst and worst she make a hand gesture and told her to face me away from the mirror. It was horrible but when it was time to pay she CHARGED ME THE WHOLE $350 + $25 + a miscellaneous Zelle FEE of $12 = $387 total even after the machine didn't work. When I expressed how upset I was she said hunny you come back and I'll do the mask for free ? Huh come back My homegirl comes to this salon and has NEVER has this issue nor a damn ZELLE FEE'd. Her hair color is actual nice and I've never been able to achieve the colors I want. Safe to say I will be sticking to what and who I KNOW because I ran right back to MY hair dresser and she cut my hair and blew it out and told me to just come back and we will get my hair back.
