AVOID THIS PLACE!! I booked an appointment and spoke with the hairstylist about the color that I wanted. I even showed her some Inspo pictures, and she assured me that she will be able to do the exact color. Unfortunately, the results were nothing like what I requested, instead it was the worst hair coloring experience I have ever had. She did not even achieve 1% of the inspo picture. I even asked her beforehand for a money piece to frame my face which she completely ignored. I would have appreciated if she told me from the beginning that she simply is not capable of doing regular hair coloring. What's even worse was when I confronted her, she ignored my concerns and simply told me that I can come back and pay for additional highlights which is not acceptable since you as a hairstylist do not even know how to properly color someone's hair. On top of that, any attempt to express my opinion was met with the workers teaming up on me and responding with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. I am very disappointed, and I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone I know!! Such a waste of money. read more

They do wonders with color! It always comes out looking good. My reason for 3 stars is the price it is pricey and the blow dry. I have thicker hair which can frizz up easily so i usually do rollers 1st but they don't do that so just be ok with the fact you have to go home and flat iron your own hair read more

I brought my mom here thinking she would get a nice hair color. I spent about $420, I didn't mind because it was my mom. They showed me a nice pic of how my mom's hair color would come out. I was so happy because my mom hasn't been to the salon in a while. unfortunately, her hair color didn't come out as they showed me in the picture. On top of that My mom had a really bad headache for two days because they pulled her hair so badly. We've been to so many places, my mom never experienced anything like this. I complained and asked to lighter up more and ended up paying for that. Mind you I have short hair and had to paid $350 for a service not even closed to what I asked. I had layers cut and they did a horrible job. They didn't even cut layers, just took chunks of my hair and chopped them. My hair is uneven and the front of my hair is all the same length. Then they curled my hair to hide it so I did not notice until I washed my hair. They were overbooked and expensive for shitty work. Would not recommend. read more

We had a thorough consultation as she examined my already heavily highlighted blonde hair. She said she can get me to a beautiful platinum blonde while keeping my hair healthy. Naturally as a professional, I was a bit scared, but I decided to trust her. When she was done, I literally was IN LOVE with my platinum highlights!! This place used to be okay now it's just straight up horrible. Very unprofessional staff. I had a 9:30 appointment and wasn't seated until 2 hours later. the girl that did my hair Diana, got annoyed when I told her how I wanted my hair in the front she left it half done and sent me to makeup. Once I sat in the makeup chair all the makeup artists and staff went to eat except for rina who was working on a bride. Sara or whatever her name was - was just walking around the salon not helping any customers n would make sarcastic comments here n there jokingly when someone (customer)wanted a change. I was already late for my event, my makeup was finally done after repeatedly asking them n telling them I had to leave. Mind you, make up is done and hair is still half done now it's 1pm! I got to the salon at 9:30!!! I just rushed and said pin it and left. I was beyond annoyed. And to be honest after everything I will never be going there again. And neither will many other people I know who got their hair done the same day. It's a shame. You're running a salón teach your staff professionalism and not to over book. This is the worst place you can go to if you want to look like a clown and ready for Halloween, they did my make up so bad that I sat there and begged them to remove it while doing my hair and they couldn't because they didn't even have a make up wipe! My hair wasn't that great either, it kept falling apart all evening. The worst part is that they new that I was embarrassed as a client to walk out that way and they didn't care they even made me pay $75 , and I actually went home and had to wash my face of that disaster and redo it myself!!!
