Our heat went out beginning of the week. No one was available to come out until Thursday. Because I had prior experience with Queen B plumbing and she was one of the companies that responded to my request. I went with Queen B plumbing. She sent out her technician Bob and he arrived a little early which was great. After diagnosing the problem he begin to work on correcting it. In the aftermath of ida, we needed someone to look at our hot water heater. The company (not Queen B) who installed us told us they would only replace it. My mom received a recommendation for Queen B. She spoke to Brenda, the owner, she was very empathetic. She sent her team within hours of her call. The two men came, both wore foot coverings. They were able to get the hot water heater working. We were thankful they came quickly and fixed our issue without taking advantage of me. Definitely will use again. read more

I took a chance with Queen B after reading the superb reviews and wanted to support a woman owned business. My AC gave out and with little ones in the house, it became especially difficult!! I noticed that Queens B is a fairly new company so I gave them a call when my AC broke down on 100º plus day. They arrived within a couple of hours! And fixed the problem. The guys were courteous, friendly and very professional. They lost one star with me for doing the repair without a review and approval. I appreciated that the problem was fixed but in my opinion, a company should get approval before performing the work. I will call Queen B again but next time will make clear my expectations. read more

Did a rapid and solid job on installing our residential HVAC replacement, and was responsive to questions after the installation was complete. They were not the cheapest, but I selected them because I was willing to pay more for a Trane system installed by a certified operator. Replacement of our existing system took one day. when the new system glitched they came out in a few hours to put it right. read more

Tiffany was so friendly and knowledgeable while booking the appointment, and then Tony and Jaime, the technicians, were not only courteous and friendly, but they got the job done quickly, and took the time to answer additional questions, and give some other advice on how to improve efficiency and air flow. I called on a Sunday night, 06/24/24, to have the HVAC on the first floor of my house fixed and the second floor unit checked. The initial correspondence was good. I received a call from Brenda the next morning after I called. Tony, who visited the house on Wednesday morning, was very knowledgeable. We opted to have the freon topped up in the compressor of the first floor HVAC unit and it is working until now. The second floor unit located in the attic was partially working initially so Tony checked it too. We were asked to monitor it but after 3 hours, the second floor unit which was partially working initially completely stopped. I called the following day and Brenda promised to give me a call after 2pm that day. I never received a call so I texted her. I was told that Tony was busy that day. I told her that maybe the pan catching water in the unit in the attic overfilled. That was just our assumption. She then asked me to empty the pan. I went to the attic but found that the pan was huge and heavy. The switch was also in the ON position but the unit was completely OFF. I texted all these to her and never received a call nor text from her ever again. It's now a week after Tony visited, still not heard from Brenda. I have been very patient and still called and texted her several times yesterday, still nothing. Brenda has completely dodge my calls and texts. So after getting paid, even if the checks/repair failed, I did not receive any further visit. Very disappointing. For a company that was just started in 2020, it has already failed tremendously. And this was just service done very recently. A completely scam. Will definitely not use again and will absolutely not recommend. read more

I have had an issue with hot water heater that another company was unable to resolve after 4 visits and replacing as many parts as they could. called this company and they came out asap. Guy figured it out on 1st try and gave me a much more reasonable solution than the "replace the whole thing" option I'd heard from the others. read more
