I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. Maybe they were customers who paid for more expensive jobs. What a shame I just had a faucet.

Later, I learned that they didn't file the required permits. After months of chasing them, it's now February and the the permit applications have been filed but not paid for. Despite the fact that they separately charged my CC and took $470 from me for the permits. This is not how business should be done folks. It seems a little shady that they tried to install different equipment from what they quoted. More to point, if they're sloppy/slow with the paperwork, how much can you trust them when it comes to anything else. Buyer beware.

My husband called and there was no apology or explanation, just an offer to reschedule for another day. If they were unable to keep the appointment they should have contacted us.
