Seating is a little strange they have couch seats with some chairs and a children's area but it limits seating when a bus group would stop. But they do have extra seating in the Starbucks area. Niagara Falls is a small town so don't expect bike kiosk on every block like in larger cities. That wouldn't be a issue if the bike locater map on the web site actually worked better so you could know were the kiosk are located. I've always been nervous about getting a bike that was left in a random spot but I tried it out of necessity after doing the Maid if the Mist boat tour and walking to Canada I was tired and didn't want to walk back to my hotel. It worked out pretty well but it does take a bit of patience to maneuver the site. The cool thing is.... If you pick a random bike but return it to a kiosk you get a credit. I would use them again but at least know how to navigate the system. The bike map access is my only issue but I managed.

The Shoreline trail has several rest stops, picnic areas and even some historical sites. Runs along the Robert Moses highway. View of the Niagara River was really nice. We bikes through Goat Island and took a break at the top of Terrapin Point. View of the Horseshoe Fall was lovely, as always. Not as many tourists due to the pandemic. Yet, handful of visitors enjoying the fresh air, sunshine and the Falls. The bikes were easy to rent. Simple instructions. Sure beats carting your bikes in your vehicle. I had tried mounting bike racks on my car several times in the past. No success. The bike rack would not properly mount, or scratch the top of the car etc. Considering I only need a bike rack occasionally, this was a good alternative. Not too expensive, hassle free. We purchased the group rate of $9.00 for two days, up to 4 riders. Hourly rate of $6.00 and $2.00 out of hub fee. I'm all for two bikes for around 2 hours we spent $40.00 approximately. Next time, I'd like to rent the Reddy bikes in the city of Buffalo. I'd recommend the Reddy Bikeshare.

My wife and I had a recent trip to Niagra Falls and we used a Touch of Class for our ride from the…read moreairport to the Hotel. I emailed them to get a quote and it came back very quickly. John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. It's not often that a rest stop feels this thoughtful and well-maintained. The entire space felt welcoming and peaceful. It's perfect for a quick break or even a longer pause to stretch and reset. One of my favorite parts was the big I NY sign outside. It makes for such a fun photo! And inside, the photo opportunity kiosk was such a creative touch. You can snap a picture and send it to yourself right from there. If you're passing through, definitely take a few extra minutes to stop here. It's clear a lot of care went into making this a place people can actually enjoy.
