5/ 5 fist pump rank. I give this place a second try after my last review last year. I'm very impressed they keep this place clean, home cook Syrian style meal. The combo we ordered was well seasoned tender and juicy. You can actually tell they put time and work on that seasoning on the meat. I give it 5/5. The service and hospitality 5/5. Inside is well kept clean. They even made us try their home made baclava 5/5. Although parking shared with other vendors. They have a good space to accommodate everyone. Overall experience was excellent!

Came to I this lovely place and had the best kabob. My friend got the best wrap as well. The food very authentic and made with love you can tell. The service was awesome, very friendly. Good food takes some time so was about 15 min wait. Well worth it. I'll be back. Come eat here.

One year later and this place still is the best middle eastern restaurant in the Valley! Food is so flavorful & fresh, customer service is warm & friendly, and the restaurant is very homey. It's definitely one of my go-to places to eat, whether it's for dine in or to go.

In a word: Exceptional. Three of us feasted on Lamb Shank with Rice (pilaf), Chicken shawarma sandwich and Falafel sandwich, with sides (mezze) of Garlic purée (Toum), Babaghanoush and grape leaves (Yalanji), and for dessert, Baklava. Warm service, clean restaurant, delicious food. No notes!

First time here! I tried the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich (wrap), it was delicious! The meat was moist and the wrap was perfectly toasted. Their portion sizes are generous and it's a great value since you can get 2 meals out of it if you're a light eater. I also ordered 1 falafel ball and it was like a pillow inside, very fluffy and fried perfectly. You must get the cucumber yogurt - it completes the meal! The ladies in the back were so nice and gave us a sample of the baklava since it was our first time, it was a nice sweet end to our meal! We will be coming back!

Excellent kabobs! We ordered via phone call with a big order nearing $115 so they let us know it'd be ready in 40 min. We arrived nearly on the dot and it was hot and ready for us to pick up and bring home. When we came in, the place was neat, clean, and looks to be run but hard working ladies in the back. Your order will NOT be completely without the cucumber yogurt! We ordered a medium but really wish we ordered a large. Will be coming back again!

The inside, just had their grand opening yesterday

Was driving past this area and noticed a new restaurant was open where Ora used to be. Went on social media and found out their grand opening was January 5. So naturally decided to hop in January 6 to check it out and be the first to review :) it's sandwiched in the corner of the munch box plaza between a dentist and what used to be firebirds. I went in around 11:30 and the employee informed me I was their first customer! Could tell there was a bit to iron out as she didn't know which receipt, after I paid via card, was for me and which was for her. Luckily I spend enough to know which goes to the merchant. She said it would take about 15 minutes. The place is small with about 3 tables but can tell it's not completely set up as they still had stuff from their grand opening taking up space. So I'm sure once they get going the seating area will be more organized. The look is the usual go to counter and the menu is above the counter and they have your usual Mediterranean fare. I got the beef kabob because that's my favorite. Total came out to about $21.58 pre tip. I got it to go and took it home. You can see the picture of what I ordered. Came with 3 logs of beef, a pepper/tomato, rice, small salad and 4 pieces of pita with very delicious hummus. She gave me free baklava because I was the first customer and WOW it was amazing. I might go back just for that. All in all a nice new addition to the area and I'll be back. I asked for a menu and they said they'll have them next week.

10/10 meal -- stuffed zucchini with rice and meat. Only $27.34 on the card, a great value. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I stopped here for a small lunch and I'm so glad I did! It's such a welcoming place, and honestly probably the cleaned restaurant I've been in in a long time. I love the vibe too. Tons of seating available but I did get mine to go. The women there were so welcoming and friendly which I love. I got the ala carte chicken kebab with rice and a cheese roll. There was so much food for so cheap! And it was delicious. Perfect lunch spot. I can't wait to be back!

This spot is takeout only, hidden in what basically feels like a restaurant warehouse, and as you walk down to pick up your food you genuinely start wondering, "Where the hell am I?" Then the aroma hits and suddenly you're floating like a cartoon character following the smell trail. I got the beef koobideh and WOW! Perfectly seasoned, insanely flavorful, fluffy rice, and the shirazi salad absolutely slapped. All this for $15 in 2026 when gas is $6.30. And the service? So kind. The person I called taking my order was sweet, everyone at pickup was welcoming, and I swear someone's grandma was in the kitchen because the food tasted like a warm hug. I don't usually write reviews unless the food is genuinely special, and I definitely don't gatekeep good food. So if you're craving Persian food, place the order now.

The chicken koobideh was flavorful and juicy. In fact, it was the juiciest koobideh I've ever had. The price was very reasonable at only around $15 (a steal for LA!). What I appreciated the most is the kind service. I could tell there was a lot of positive energy there. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area. In the meantime, I'm wishing them all the best and much success. Shukriya and merci!

The BBQ plate is outstanding--the meat is perfectly seasoned, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The parking situation is tricky if the lot is full because the lot is super narrow and if the restaurant is full you won't find parking in their lot. Their staff is sweet and helpful. It was super good! I also really enjoyed their hummus as an appetizer. Overall will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place!

Chicken thigh is my thing and I have had way better at several other places like Original Kabob Factory in Glendale. This would not be a 4 star review if that is all I got. Notice how different places spell it like Kabob or kebab? The star here is the shish kebab. That was really good. I would stick to that going forward. If I only got that, it would be 5 stars. Tucked inside a commercial building with multi kitchens, it's best to order ahead for pick up. The first time a coworker brought it back to the office, the aroma alone stopped people in their tracks. Within days, everyone was asking, "Where is that from?" Now our whole SF Valley office orders from here once or twice a week and we've been spreading the word to family and friends too! My personal favorite is the chicken thigh kabob lunch special: incredibly tender, juicy, and very well seasoned and marinated every time. I pair it with rice pilaf, hummus, a Greek salad, pita bread, pickled veggies, and their garlic spread... which deserves its own shout out. This garlic spread is everything! Beyond the food, William, the owner, brings such a kind and genuine spirit. You can feel the passion and care he and his team put into every dish, and it truly translates into the food. That's why when we recently catered lunch for a work meeting, Yallah Habibi was the only choice. William and his team went above and beyond: generous portions, incredible flavors, and nonstop praise from everyone (including coworkers from other offices who said they'd gladly drive over 100 miles to eat this food again). The catering spread consisted of humus and perfectly seasoned chicken to rice pilaf, house salad, BBQ tomatoes and jalapeños, garlic spread, pickled veggies, and plenty of pita; was outstanding. And dessert sealed the deal: flaky, sweet baklava and soft alfajores filled with dulce de leche, perfect with coffee or tea. We truly can't rave enough about Yallah Habibi. Order at your own risk - you will get hooked and find yourself coming back more often than you planned.
