We ordered hummus, fatoush salad and garlic fries, but the owner convinced us to get some veggie plate instead which had a few extra items that we didn't care for at all. Grocery store bought cheap bread with thousands island (?) weird mix sauce, shawarma is as if someone who never tasted Mediterranean food seasoned it and some roughly cut tomatos with no salt on them alongside lettuce from one of those precut ready to serve bags you can get in the vegetable section at any supermarket. It genuinely tasted like something you'll make yourself at home without the right ingredients (but you'll try to make it somewhat taste ok) after a 9 hour shift. Crazy that I was the only customer when I ordered and I waited about 15 min for the food. Yes it's that bad. Fries were overly seasoned and you could tell they were reheated. I had been to the Mediterranean Bistro, in Porter Ranch, many years ago. They claim to also serve Lebanese food. Needed to have a better experience, so I decided to give it another try. What came first was a singular Pita, that was dry. I had to ask for butter to make it palatable. After that, the lentil soup arrived, it was good, but they served the dish with a table spoon (instead of a soup spoon). Then came my main, the Shish Kabob plate. This is filet mignon, so I ordered it medium rare, and Armenian style (so no rice, no salad). Instead, tomato and onion filled Pita bread (which was overdone). The filet mignon was tender to a point, but there was no sharp knife. I had to request it. On top of that, the filet mignon had no flavor. I asked for something to dip it in and they hastily brought that garlic mayo that I absolutely dislike. By that point, I was done. It was time for the check and a bye bye. read more

Wow! I am so glad that I took a chance on this small bistro in the town center. The staff is super friendly, and it truly feels like you're right at home. The food is also super filling and tasty. We were in the area and my bf wanted healthy hearty meal before his long bike ride the next morning, so we came here. It was a Saturday night and this place was popping! There were live music and what seemed like a huge party. Lots of people dancing everywhere, the atmosphere was very festive! Food was delicious and everyone was so friendly!
