He wouldn't answer my question about a coin the was sent out for valuation. He kept saying there were no reports and that encapsulating the coin is what was ordered. That made no sense at all since the request had been for a valuation. He kept raising his voice and asking me why I was being difficult. I didn't raise my voice but I was persistent in my questions . I felt he had sent the coin out for the wrong service. He called the police because he thought I was difficult and he wanted me out. Thankfully the male officer was able to get the answers to my questions. He had sent it out for grading, encapsulating is done to protect the grading/valuation and surprise of surprises...there was a report that verified the coin and gave an estimated valuation. Once I had answers, I paid the bill and got my coin. It should have been an easy transaction.If he hadn't been rude and evasive about answering my questions it would have been. After reading other reviews it seems rudeness is a running theme for the owner.
