I called to make an appointment and the lady answers the phone "what do you want?!?" I go "I want to book an appointment..." and she goes "on New Year's Eve are you kidding me?!" I go "I'm confused are you open, why did you answer the phone?" Mind you, I never said book me an appointment today! All I wanted was to book an appointment to clean my house and to see what her schedule was! I'm genuinely confused how someone with this nasty type of energy even has customers. I have no idea how well she cleans houses, but I do know I don't want someone who treats potential customers with that much negative energy anywhere near my house. I feel bad for her I truly do.
