This is definitely in a questionable area but it's still safe. I wouldn't bring my kids here and eat a donut on the outside tables but I will sure go a pick them up alone ;) The lady that works there is so sweet and helpful. This is a legit donut shop deserving of 5 stars when they have some of their better selections in stock. The first time I came here, they had a full selection of all their donuts and I got to try their blueberry donuts, apple fritter, and tiger tail. Blueberry donuts were a killer deal, at just $5.25 for a dozen +1! They tasted pretty good too and were up there with some of the best blueberry donuts I've tasted. The apple fritter was friggin' amazing as well. I think these were the best apple fritters I've had actually. Tiger tail was okay, but was definitely overshadowed by the other two mentioned above. I came back here to get some blueberry donuts and apple fritters but they were totally sold out and barely had anything... I was super disappointed because I came out of my way to come here. I did get to try their cinnamon roll which was rather forgettable... If it wasn't for my disappointing second visit here, I would give them 5 stars. I've been meaning to review this place for a while so here it is. This is my go to place for absolute bombeezy donuts! I never turn down nuts... Of dough that is until now. I've boycotted that "other" place in Glendora because this place just has way better donuts. Sure Glendora has fruit donuts, but I find them overrated. Queen's yeast donuts are so pillowy and soft. Their cake donuts are very light as well and retain that awesome crunch for a long tme just to remind you, "hello, I am fried dough". My personal favorites are the tiger tails(Glendora has nothing on these), chocolate on chocolate devil's food cake, cinnamon crumb and their donut holes! They just started making blueberry donuts and cha ching, they are $$$. I've tried 'em from M&M Donuts and some other place in LBC, but these are actually donuts and not fried muffins. The other ones I tried were pretty heavy and dense. This place is too good to keep it on the hush. read more

They taste fresh and the portions are HUGE for the price. $1.30 for a bear claw donut that is bigger than two iPhone6+s filled with soft but tender Apple filling. Cmon now. Is this real life? My friend wanted to randomly go here because apparently the tiger tails are amazing. We came here and got a dozen donuts because it was $5.25 (additional costs for fancier donuts). The first one i tried was the tiger tail, and man it was the biggest tiger tail ive ever seen haha but after eating it i have to say it was alright. Next I ate the apple fritter, and I actually liked it a lot better (but i might be because i'm a bigger fan of apple fritters). I've had better apple fritters, but this place makes a pretty good one. Maple bar was alright, kind of like any other donut shop. oh and we ate the blueberry donut. I personally like M&M donut's blueberry donuts better. And not because of freshness. Queen's blueberry donut to me is a bit to bread-y? good taste but just too much bread and not enough crisp to my liking. If lived near Queen's donut, it would probably be my go-to donut shop, but since it's not, I won't be making any special trips to this place any time soon. read more

I was in Pomona & I finally got a chance to try Queen's donuts...yum I wish I had tried it sooner! Everything was so good! I had the sausage, cheese, & egg croissant. I wish it was a little spicier (should've gotten extra jalepenos), but the croissant was buttery & fluffy and the cheese was gooey! I also got some blueberry donuts and some puff pastry (strawberries with cream/custard and banana with Nutella) to take home for myself as well as for some of my friends... they loved everything too! So much so that they even asked when I was going back again! I used to love coming here to buy a dozen donuts for $5. They've since raised the price to $7 for a dozen after 1, $8 otherwise which isn't a big deal at all. I tried to go again tonight to buy a dozen and the guy behind the counter straight up told me "we don't have anymore" despite there being at least 20 behind the glass. I've never been refused service before, especially not at a donut stoee, but there's zero chance I'm coming back. So last nigt when I got off work around 10pm I had a crazy craving for donuts. I mean i HAD to have them. Almost like preggo people have to get what they want sort of deal. So my husband was all cranky and didn't want to go, but he drove anyways and the very first donut place we ran into was Queen's Donuts! Yay!! It's on this corner where the area looks kind of sad, but who cares. They're open 24 hours and have a drive thru! Yes a drive thru! I didn't know how you would choose the donuts you want through a drive thru so I got off and walked up to the window. In the little time we were there three cars came through the drive through and four guys came to the window, so you know people like it. If you get 5 donuts the 6th one is free so for half a dozen I paid $3! That is so cheap! I've been going to a several donut places lately and usually half a dozen is $4.85. Their blueberry donuts are greater than the donut shop on Amar & far more worth than the drive to M&M's. $.65 cents individually, $4.95 for a dozen between the hours of 1:00PM - 11:00PM & a dozen from 11:00PM - 1:00AM are $5.95. Those dozens cannot include tiger tails unfortunately. The boyfriend and I tried out the tiger tails, blueberry donuts, the pink, the orange and the white traditional style donuts, the sugar donut, the softer cinnamon sugar crumb donut, the double chocolate traditional style and a couple maple bars. Every single one is amazing. You can taste the love. Lol no really though, better than your average donuts. DID I MENTION THE DRIVE-THRU?!?!? And the 24 hours-ness??!?? This place is walking distance from our house, and yet we wouldn't even have known about it without Yelp! Which means we would have been MISSING OUT, because these donuts are really good! My boyfriend and I went two days ago and split a box of a dozen- glazed twists, maple bars, a sugared twist, blueberry donuts and a few tiger tails. We were not disappointed, everything was fresh and delicious, and the whole thing was about $6! I don't really care for cake donuts, I only eat the fluffy yeast kind, and everything that I tried was great. Not too heavy and not overly sweet, even the maple bars. The tiger tails were great too- even better than the ones over at Donut Man, and without the long line! I was disappointed in myself when I realized that I had yet to divulge a rating for Queen's, so here goes... Best mother f'n muffins I've ever had. I don't know how they do it but they always get the tops of their muffins nice and crisp. They have bran muffins (my personal favorite), blueberry, banana nut topped with walnuts, and cream cheese. Hopping in the morning, Queen's has people constantly coming in the mornings. Their donut holes are by far the best, and you can get a dozen for a dollar. They're perfectly glazed - not too sugary, but just enough coated - they are light and airy (not cake donuts) and too easy to pop. Delicious. Went there recently on National Donut Day Bought 2 dozen for my coworkers and they were a hit. Chose this place on proximity to downtown Pomona and had heard they had very good blueberry donuts. Tried a variety including old fashioned, glazed and blueberry - which was tasty but was more like a muffin with glaze on it. Cash only, 24/7, classic favorites as well as a few new crazy ones.
