The most memorable moment was when I asked them to clean the shower and the lady said okay but I'll wear my shoes. WTF dirty outdoor shoes in my shower. Let's just say when they left I had another cleaner come by and clean after. After they left I looked at the fridge and the dishwasher, it was just nasty. I have been using Queen's cleaning for five years and they are really good for the value. Whatever I ask them to do gets done in a reasonable amount of time. I like how they take extra time to clean the areas that I really need help with, such a baseboards and shower. Renato is always nice and helpful over the phone. They are very flexible with scheduling. Sometimes I have needed to cancel and change the appointment last minute and that has never been a problem. The only thing I have issue with is that the cleaners don't usually arrive at the scheduled time. I don't think that is acceptable even if they are busy finishing up another job. We all have busy lives and need to stick to a time frame. Luckily we are flexible so it works for us. Once the cleaners arrive, she is always sweet and professional. It is almost hotel quality. I highly recommend Queen's Housecleaning if anyone is looking for good value deep cleaning. I was looking for some help folding laundry before I had a houseguest come for a weekend and I knew my request would be very last minute, but wouldn't require much effort to achieve the results I wanted. It took a few calls but eventually I made a reservation with Queens Housecleaning Service and they told me their rate varies by job, starting at $100/visit. I explained that I have a two bedroom two bath with 3 pets, but only wanted one bedroom and one bath cleaned, plus a pile of clean laundry folded. I booked an appointment on Saturday at noon and two ladies rang my doorbell a few minutes before 12. I knew from the call that they would want to do a walkthrough before deciding on a price for the job. They walked through and I explained what I wanted and needed done, but one of them spoke very little English and the other one spoke no English at all. They quoted $120 for the job and I refused. My place required very little work and I had actually received an offer from another company on Thumbtack for much lower than this, but too close to my appointment date to reschedule. We FINALLY agreed on their minimum, $100. It took the two ladies one hour to clean my condo - they left 55 minutes after they arrived so $100 was more than fair and I didn't enjoy having to argue for a fair price. ($50 an hour per person for light housework. More than fair, right?) Cash or check only. They both worked really hard while they were here. They cleaned my kitchen, mopped my linoleum flooring, cleaned one bathroom, and folded the clean laundry that overwhelmed the bed in one bedroom. I worked hard alongside them while they cleaned and folded. The place was in much better shape when they left and I told them I was happy with the job. The difficulty in communication was a little frustrating - had I known I need to brush up on my Spanish I would have, but all in all I was happy with the work. However, for the price I paid and for what I need, the $100 minimum is too high for me and I'm looking forward to checking out the other offer I received. The new duo also said they would clean for a 3-4 hours (though I doubt they'll find more than two hours of work to keep them busy in my place). read more

They did a great job of cleaning and charge me a reasonable rate for their services. They were late for the first visit which proved to be an issue for me as I needed to leave with my dog but after reminding them it's important to be on time as I work from home they showed up promptly on future visits. The ladies are very sweet and I ended up working from my home office while they cleaned the other rooms because they were so sweet to the dog and made it easy to have her their with me. read more

Booked a cleaning with this service as a referral from a frnd who has a similar sized house. Renato quoted me $40 more than them but I still agree to give it a shot. When the cleaners show up he calls and increases the price another $40. We sent the cleaners and said no thanks. Can't speak for the cleaning, but the management Lacks professionalism. read more

I can't believe I waited this long to get my windows done. Reasonable prices and he was easily able to add me to his schedule. Have been using Queens for I don't know how many years now. For the past several it has been the same to ladies who have done our house and we are soooo pleased with their work. They are pleasant and do a great job for us, including changing our bed linens for us. In August my property management company used Queens Cleaning Service for a "move out" clean after a tenant moved out of my rental house. I have 2 major issues with Queens...the price and the quality. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is slightly over 1,700sf. With a move out cleaning, there was no furniture or personal property in the home aside from a refrigerator. So just a empty house. I was charged $350.00 for the quality of work below. I happened to arrive as the two cleaning ladies were leaving. I was immediately shocked at the condition of the kitchen and family room floor. The usually shiny floor was dull and cloudy. There were huge streaks caused by the solution and dirty water they were mopping with. They didn't seem to check their work as they were leaving so I asked them to re-do the floor which seemed to insult them. The carpet was vacuumed properly but aside from the floors, the kitchen and the bathrooms, there really wasn't much else to do. I had recently installed new granite countertops and subway tile in the kitchen. The film from the sealant was still on both! No attempt to even wipe down the kitchen? Poor quality workmanship with no value. They will not be back. read more

I used Renato at Queen's Cleaning for a move out cleaning based on my property manager's recommendation. From the beginning, Renato was difficult on the phone about coming over to give an estimate. On the cleaning day, I showed him and the 2 ladies, some stains on the wall of my kids bedroom and asked them to try to clean it out. When I came back, they had done the bear minimum. The wall was dry and untouched. When I asked one of the ladies to clean it with sponge and solution, she grudgingly sprayed a little and said no work. I had to pay them and they left. My regular cleaning lady came over later that day and removed the stains with windex and a sponge in 10 minutes. I called Renato a few days later to express my unhappiness with the quality of work, he started yelling at me and saying we were dirty. I have an above average clean household with bi-weekly cleaning service. My property manager always commented about how nice and clean we kept the house. I am sorry I ever hired this group and would not recommend them to anyone. The quality of work does not match their high prices. read more

Had two ladies come and clean my 2 bed 2 bath condo twice. The first time they did ok, but not great so I decided to try them again. I was pretty disappointed because I had to frequently clean after them. I asked one woman multiple times to reclean because she hadn't dusted my dressers or night stands, my bathtub was still not as clean as I've gotten it before, and when they cleaned my kitchen....they didn't bother to clean out the fridge. Women were nice, but seemed eager to leave. They didn't even spend an hour and a half at my place. I wouldn't ask them to come back unfortunately. Five starts for being inexpensive, fast and available when needed. We were short on time after being out of town and needed someone to help us get our house ready for guests the next day. Queens sent two friendly women, who had our four bedroom house done in a matter of hours. Hired Queen's house cleaning service today and not happy with the service they provided. I had exactly the same experience like the 2 star review given by Jessica. I paid 130$ (their regular price is 95$ every 2 weeks) where I was told except for cleaning inside the cabinets, drawers & closets all else will be taken care of. We have a 4 bedroom 2&1/2 baths home. Bathrooms: did not clean the taps, handles, shower heads and clean out the final residue in the sinks. When I pointed them out they just cleaned out the more obvious soap scum under the soap holder. All rooms: They had no broom stick that could reach cobwebs so she just swinged feather duster and used outdoor plastic broom where she could reach and left the rest. Didn't clean all the base boards that are accessible. Didn't even brush off the dust just randomly swinged a cloth here and there, when asked she said that is what they do for the price. Doors: They just ran a cloth around like they are dusting but didn't even try to wipe stains that are around door knobs & frame borders. We took out all the table top decorative pieces and photo frames before they arrived so they can wipe down each piece of furniture easily but seems like it's still too much work for them. Kitchen: the lady who took care of the kitchen just pored a liquid solution anywhere possible. The same solution for counters, the same for stove, the sink and finally the wooden cutting board as well. It smelled like bleach the whole time they were cleaning the kitchen. The after product is they dusted off cabinet doors and not wipe oil stains and other debris off the cabinet doors and drawers faceplates. The wall behind the stove hasn't been touched. When I pointed out those areas they cleaned only the areas I pointed out and not wipe all the doors properly. Well coming back to baseboards when I asked them they said they were not going to do it. Especially the living room where baseboards are visible they should have paid some attention. They rushed the clean up in 2 hours (previously house cleaners took minimum 3 hours and never rushed even when the amount was for the whole job and not hourly) They were done earlier than that just because I pointed out the areas not clean it ended up close to 2 hours. When I previously hired different companies before they deep cleaned the whole house that included cleaning interior side of all the windows glass wipe down with windex. I clean my house mostly and hire cleaners every now and then for deep cleaning so I had minimum clue of what is covered and what is not for cleaning but this team turned out to be terrible at what they do. read more
