We drove thru Moab today and saw this yellow food truck that had a line of people so we decided to check it out. The food was great and had no complain about it. The only reason why i gave them 3 stars is because after they swipe your card to pay you only have this option for tipping 10%, 15%, and 20% and there was no option for "None". I'm not a cheap person but common on now you are not a sit down restaurant where servers actually come to your table and you get served. You are no difference from McDonalds or In-N-Out driving thru for an order. read more

Great quesadillas. First day I had the cheese quesadilla with chicken. It was delicious. The second day I had the Sweet and Spicy quesadilla which was very good. The wait to order and receive food wasn't too bad. There are a few tables near the truck to sit down and eat. read more

The area was packed with guests which seemed like a good sign. Very quick ordering and preparation. Eating one of these quesadillas is a straight-up spiritual experience. I've had many quesadillas in my day and these beat them all by a landslide. Delicious quesadillas! The chipotle sour cream is delicious, as is the salsa that is served on the side. I had the enchanted chicken, my daughter had the dirtbag, and my husband had the fiery fungus. We all loved them. My only complaint is that there were 3-4 people chainsmoking in the seating outside of the food truck. Coming from CO, we weren't used to this and left to go eat back at our condo instead. Best Quesadilla I have ever had. It is by far the freshest tasting Quesadilla in my life. Takes them 15 minutes to make it so this is not your typical "fast food - grab and go" type of place. We visited Moab on 2 days vacation. After tiring hike from delicate arch, we desperately needed to rest for few hours but also were craving to have our lunch. A sure sign of good food is a long line. We weren't sure if we wanted to wait, but we were glad we did! I had the Enchanted Chicken, which had a combination of chicken, corn, and red bell peppers. It was yummy! My husband had the New Mexican Identity Crisis, which has chicken, artichoke, and olives. His was even yummier! They serve the quesadillas with cilantro sour cream and salsa. Cute truck, friendly service, and a catchy menu. But, they really had me at "New Mexico green chile". I ordered the "Enchanted Chicken" quesadilla. They recommended it and said that it was their most popular menu item. And, it was pretty dang good. Served with homemade green salsa and chipotle sour cream, these guys have mastered the quesadilla. A large quesadilla is $10 and isn't big enough for two, but it hit the spot for me and will have me coming back for more on future trips to Moab. And, with names like The Killer Kale and NM Identity Crisis, I'm curious to try more. read more

I am not a quesadilla lover, however my kids love quesadillas. I was hoping for a burrito or enchilada myself. I had the chicken quesadilla and it was amazing!!!!! My 8 yr old daughter went up to the counter to let them know it was the best quesadilla she had ever had. The service was efficient and very friendly. Please go here. So so good. Both the hot and mild salsa are two thumbs up. The mild is a sweet red and hot is a lovely green. The quesadillas are something new and fun, but still the cheesy pile of delicious that you want in a dilla. Try the New Mexico Identity Crisis - artichoke hearts belong on quesadillas. The outdoor seating is spacious and in a nice courtyard type area. Bring your dog - but you won't want to share. Oh, and stickers are a quarter. Can't beat it. read more
