First of all I'd like to start a little differently and put a little spin on it as.I sit here and read the reviews before me I just have to give a big congratulations to all of you who have succeeded with the help of recovery to Quest you are on your way to a better place with many wonderful ahead. I have to say that I'm a mother who loves her son dearly and thank you to Quest 2 recovery I'm going to have many wonderful milestones ahead .When my son at the time finally found himself at Rock Bottom because I took myself out of as well as his father as hard as it may have been as being an enabler to his situation. I thought to myself here we go again around the mulberry bush another hospital another facility more doctors more therapist maybe a few meds here and there and out the door he goes back to the same routine and back to the same mess and NeverEnding Story well the struggle was real and the day finally came and he decided for himself that he was worth it emough and I've always told him to choose wisely pick your battles well that day my son chose the biggest battle ever in his entire life. He left Syracuse and was on his way to California quest to recovery with a overlay in between I was scared to death I didn't leave the airport until I knew he was strapped down in that plane,and that plane took off with only a bag of snacks,and $6, only enough to buy a drink or two until he finally arrived being precautious not to give too much so he couldn't have a real drink at the airport everything was carefully placed into consideration write down to when they said it's now and we had that plane ticket in her hand he didn't even have a bag packed that was for me to figure out later all I know is in that moment his father and I needed to get him on that plane as hard as it was for me and his father we knew his life's journey steered in the right direction. When we finally got confirmation that his plane has landed I was finally able to breathe something I haven't done in many many years living with somebody not just somebody he was my son and he was an addict with that being said Quest to recovery listened he was heard we have a new diamond Dynamic as a family and for the first time in a very long time because we took the seconds and minutes minutes to listen to each other I mean really listen no yelling wait your turn to speak it it really was starting to work course tare going to be kept private yet I will say is if it wasn't for Admin, Amber and George administration counselors therapist other patients doctors and nurses they all believed in my son that he finally relized he was heard we were able to finally hear him would not be alive today if it wasn't for an amazingly wonderful strong-willed team of a staff that believed in my son during difficult times when I myself couldn't even handle him and at times them either were there enduring preservation and with all of our persistence my son won the war. It's funny though he thought his big as battle was one but at the end of this phase of his life he had no real realization that he was really winning the biggest war of his life. Today my son has been sober for a month and we owe it to Quest to recovery as for his father and I along with the staff we didn't walk in front of him because we're not better than him we didn't walk behind him because he's not better than us we all walked beside him Hand by hand step by step and we all helped him win the War. Being his mother and also an empath I felt as if I was at the end of my ropes yet all the pain I endured as well as his father we would do it all over again knowing this is the outcome This past month has been quite the journey for all of us and today whoever you are and whoever sees this I would like to introduce you today to my beautiful baby boy now our handsome son who graduated today and he's a month sober. Soon he will be off to phase 2 tho he still needs guidance because it's not over yet a couple more speed bumps a few more left n' right turns & mistakes is Aokay along the way but not if you choose to do wrong. Today is the first day that we reintroduced ourselves as mother father and son. Please whoever you are if you're doing this for somebody you love and that somebody could be yourself please take that step and hang on to faith & hope even if you're the only one that believes it for that quick moment this one minute is what counts it really does count and I would not steer you wrong on your life's journey that this is one place you will want to be because here they are more than just somebody with a title my soul saw that these are people first and then they were somebody with the title behind them.Trust your intuition never give up yet know your limits and again I'm not going to beg you I will just say please one last time if you're reading this and you know that it can save your life or somebody you love please look into this facility because you would need not to look any more.I promise you!!! read more

I am in shock at the way this facility management carries themselves. The beginning process, the gentleman that helped my family member was professional and helped ease us family members with getting the process started. When you have a loved one who is dealing with this ugly thing called addiction, you know first had how hard this is just to get them to make that first phone call. Once our family member was there, things went wrong. When a call was place to the initial person who we were in contact with, the "Co-Founder" called back and was upset, which is understandable, but being in the position he is in, I would think the level of professionalism he would have been at a higher standard. However, that wasn't the case. He degrade, talked down, talked at and belittled us as the family who were already in a very emotional situation. To be told that we are "enabling " the use of our loved one was by far the worst display of the unprofessionalism that this "Co-founder" showed. I was in shocked at how he handled the situation even after the conversation had taken place. He then proceeded to text rude and degrading things that nobody should say when dealing with a family member who simply was just calling to findout what was going on. Now, at this point, my family member has missing items. When called the facility, we were told that the only way to retrieve these items is if the cops came. Shame on this fac. The "Co-founder" doesn't not really care about much but a power trip here. Please, if you don't mind being talked down to when your loved one messes up, if you don't mind being yelled at as if you don't matter as a family member seeking help for your loved one, then this place...well...just see for yourself. It's sad that we live in a society that when we are looking for the help for loved ones, we are not being given the support needed from facilities such as these. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Quest 2 Recovery is truly an amazing rehabilitation center. I was coming off of an extremely potent maintenance combination, and I was very nervous to do so. Quest welcomed me with open arms and their patience with me was astounding through all of my severe panic attacks and my detoxification. The Team at Quest is one that I will not soon forget. I would recommend this family-style approach center time and time again to anyone struggling with the grips of addiction. The owner, Armen provided the other clients and I with the most beautiful environment and living quarters, healthy organic food options, ancillary service options, groups, one on one counseling , etc. There was not one personal concern of mine that went unnoticed. The programming is both extremely educational and supportive, with the opportunity to attend 12-step meetings every night. The techs, counselors, clinical team and group facilitators were my saving grace. This journey is not easy, but Quest made it that much more achievable. I was at Quest in September of 2020. My decision to seek help for my alcohol addiction and go into treatment was not an easy one. I am extremely grateful for my time at Quest 2 Recovery. All the staff were extremely caring and compassionate especially Krystel. The home setting made my time away from my loved ones much more bearable. Prior to going into treatment, I was on a downward spiral. Going into treatment not only saved me from losing my family and career, but it also saved my life. The amazing staff helped me to deal with and understand the traumatic events that plagued me. I really enjoyed the fact that the facility is a smaller treatment center that provided more 1 on 1 time with the expert staff. I greatly appreciated the weekly outings (ex. Hiking, Farmer's market in LA) as well as the family style meals prepared by the in-house chef. They gave me a sense of what it would be like once I graduated from the program and was living a sober life. read more

Quest 2 Recovery literally saved my life! When I checked into their program, the staff accepted me with open arms. I was using a deadly combination of drugs and Quest was able to comfortably detox me off of them. I was probably one of their hardest clients to deal with and I'm grateful to them because they were able to guide me to the point where I am now. I have always struggled with addiction but this facility gave me a chance to realize how important my life is and how I can live a normal life without the need of drugs. Tammy is the worst program director she let a male employee be in the same room as my friend while getting naked and her vagina searched. She addressed her about it and dismissed it and took no actions. She is very rude and disrespectful she doesn't do her job she ignored her employees and have them do her job she's on the phone all day. From what we hear theirs a-lot of sexual harassment in the facility. This place must be reported and she should be fire. read more
