She said a Dr would be in at 3 and look over my request and get back to me as to whether I needed an appt or could just prescribe it. I told her I had to go in one second as I was teaching on zoom. She had all the info needed. I said I had to go. When I hadn't heard back from the Dr after 3 I tried again. This time Mindy answered. She said there was no record of my calling in. I said that was strange I was told I would be called back after 3. Then suddenly she said that I had hung up on the previous call. Weird. So first there was no record I had called in at all and now I was being accused of hanging up so they decided not to tell the dr I had called in at all. I tested positive with covid and this is how they think they are taking care of people? I asked the name of the rep that lied about me and Mindy refused to give it to me. Then she got super snarky. There's a special place in hell for people like Mindy. I suddenly had PTSD of having dealt with her before. She's a true sadist and must derive pleasure from torturing people that have no recourse to do anything about it. She should not be dealing with patients in any capacity.
