They really need to address their telephone answering system. I cannot count how many times I've called - sometimes for something fairly urgent - only to be put on hold for an extended time, often an hour or more. Promised return calls often never materialize. I understand the times - and staffing issues everywhere - but this is a DOCTOR'S office and really needs to be corrected. Otherwise, as I said, my wife and I are very happy here!

Also there were big signs everywhere saying nobody could enter except the patient. Guess what. They let in anybody and everybody Not one person had a mask. Disgusting. I guess because from what I see and hear around town, nobody thinks they need a mask or vaccinations. Who runs this "most beautiful" hospital? That makes him a great doctor.I want to be informed .I ask questions. I write questions down so when i get there i make sure i get them all answered. I had some what of a very irritating condition that was prolonged for the week end.I was sat my end.The doctor i saw Debra Margolis, at the walk in clinic.She Was very kind understanding ,I Felt very comfortable with hr.I will choose her as my back up next time that's how at ease i was. i had called ahead to make an appointment. Horrible experience today at the Bedford, NH location. Front office support is the worst…read more For annual physical, was informed I could get my labs done a week prior to the physical. I drove to NH from Massachusetts and waited an hour to have blood drawn. Once served, it was determined no lab orders were available. Called Bedford DMC front office of which they told me lab order was expired (just talked to them a week prior about scheduling labs mind you). Courtney informed me there was nothing she could do. I fasted all night and morning and drove 30+ miles to receive such a nasty response. Hopefully, I will, eventually, get a lab order and do this all over again before my physical exam (not holding my breath). I am very loyal to my primary care physician, Dr. Koshy, and have been seeing him for over 20+ years as I still see him even though I relocated to Massachusetts. However, at this point, I may have to change primary care services to something more local to Massachusetts. This is unfortunate, as Dr. Koshy is the best! However, I cannot say the same for his support staff.

The procedure itself was very professional, with empathetic handling from check in to discharge. My experience was very good. I recommend them.
