First time I went I embarrassed the nurse by reminding her she forgot to put her gloves on she didn't like that and argued with me why she does not have to put gloves on while applying alcohol to my arm. Second time I went during the Covid I took a dozen pictures of nurses not wearing mask. Third time I went line was very long no big deal got in it and waited like everyone else. After about 30 minutes A quest employee came out yelling at us because we were blocking the sidewalk. Then she went and told us all to wait in our cars and she would let us know when we can get back in line. No "thank you" no "sorry" no "please" just absolute rudeness. I went home read more

Seriously one of the worst quests I have ever been too. The front desk girl was horrible. She was rude. She would call me up and just have me stand there. I thought I was going crazy like "did she just call my name or am I hearing things??". Then she would just speak in such a rude tone like everyone around her was stupid. Every employee there just seemed to want to leave and hated people. 2 stars instead of one only because the person who drew my blood, thought also not personable did it in only one poke. This companies' incompetence is going to cost me my job! I killed an interview at Walgreen's and was hired in only three minutes. I was then redirected to this hole in the wall for a drug screening. After driving all of the way here, wasting time and gas, I was told by a very rude, condescending receptionist that this location does not do drug screenings, so I need to go to another facility. Unfortunately, the other facilities stop drug screening at 4PM, so I was screwed for the day. Walgreen's only gives a 24hr window for you to take a drug test, so now I'm rushing today to their San Bernardino location. Hopefully they're not as inept, unprofessional, or utterly pathetic as this place. Even if I get my test today, it looks bad to my employers that I (unwillingly) waited to the last minute to get screened. Absolutely atrocious. Avoid if you can. read more

I'm sorry to see only two reviews and they were not good. I started going to this location not because it was convenient but because I believe I only waited one time. The facility was clean, I never had an issue with an employee. I've had one reading there showing my blood levels 5X's higher then normal which was a bad reading. But I don't believe that is the mistake of the front desk or the young lady drawing blood. By the way my profile says I live in EL Monte. That is not correct. I wouldn't drive that far!! read more

In and out in less than 30 min. I made an appointment. Receptionist was nice and polite to me and others. Phlebotomist was nice and helpful. I had none of the issues that others had complained about. It was busy, a lot of walk-in people having to wait. Overall good experience. read more

Got here as soon as they opened at 7:00am. The process was really easy. Go in sign in on the kiosk and sit down and wait to be called. I was in and out of this place in less than 30 minutes without an appointment. The staff was friendly and although I did not need assistance seemed to be very helpful. They seemed to have lots of patience. I have to hand it to them I was annoyed myself in line and sitting there watching people have trouble signing in. The kiosk only ask for your first and last name, birthdate, phone number and people seemed to have a very hard time filling out that information I i'm going to assume they were not completely reading what it was asking of them because it was not that difficult. I saw one lady enter her information 4 times only to do it wrong I watched her and on the last screening it ask you if the information on this screen is correct and it gives you the option to click yes or no and there is a cancel button at the bottom she kept hitting cancel and had the nerve to get frustrated. People!!! Read and pay attention please this will make the process go faster. read more

Before I went to this particular branch, I read most of the reviews. Most are negative especially the front desk. I was hesitant in going to this place at first; but since it is closer to where I live, I took the chance. August 14, 2017 @ 930 AM, I went into the office. It was unexpected what happened. Instead of the things that I read about in the reviews, I was greeted with smiley receptionist!!. Then signed in - and called thereafter for verification of identity and insurance - all done by another with respect and accommodation. In less than 30 minutes, as a walk-in patient, I was called for the blood drawing. I usually have a "hidden vein" (maybe due to old age, @ 70) but the phlebotomist found it easily with one shot. She is an expert. I am not sure if the previous front desk/receptionist were replaced but they sure are awesome now. I'd go there again and even ask my wife to do so. The worst place ever!!! RUDEST staff ever!!! This place needs to change their entire staff immediately!! As a person who has worked in the medical field and with customer service as their backbone, this facility has no idea what it means to work in a facility with this much credibility. Unfriendly unprofessional staff. Unwilling to help out customers with any questions not regarding their office. One Staff member Jackie who is responsible for drawing blood is so cranky and isnt capable of any other facial expression besides angry bitter lady. She has some long acrylic fingernails that in her profession should not be allowed. She is the biggest complaint in this office and when I spoke to coworkers about her they said they are well aware of it. Ive made a complaint about her before because on my first visit she seemed to need a lot more training and those disgusting nails didnt help. Unfortunately very little was done. Horrible service! I checked in at 9:30 and waited over an hour only to be turned down by an extremely rude woman because my 2hr. glucose test was going to cut in their lunch. If only my paper work was processed faster I could have learned I wouldn't be tested. I went to another quest location the following day. Within 5 minutes I was asked for insurance information and in less than a half hour I was tested. I suggest going to any other quest diagnostics but this location in North Fontana. read more

Went in today for a fasting 2 hour glucose tolerance test (for prenatal). I arrived at 9:00 am without appointment and seen at 9:50 not bad for not having an appointment. Had my blood drawn and was given the drink and told not to drink water or walk around. I was also given a small paper with phlebotomist's name (Mario) to take a survey. I was told to have a seat in waiting room. 2 hours later, I am called and asked if I had 2 blood draws or 1? I said only the one when I first was seen and given the drink. They said I was supposed to come to desk after one hour of drinking the drink and tell them to draw my blood again!! WTF??? I said I was never told that! I sat there for two hours not knowing I was supposed to be timing myself and do their job!! She said sorry but test was ruined and I had to come back another day. I was so pissed because not only did I take the day off work, got stuck with needle for nothing, sat there for 2 hours, but I am 7 months pregnant and had been fasting since 7pm the night before! They just looked at me like I was lying that he didn't tell me I was supposed to be timing it myself and tell them to draw my blood!! Now I have to do this all over again!! A holes!! read more

Luckily I had an appointment and was in within 10 minutes. It's a smaller office than the one in Upland. When I got there, the receptionist looked upset, maybe she was having a bad day. It appears from the other reviews that she's probably like that all the time. She probably hates her job. Evelyn was the phlebotomist and was very polite. The worst customer service especially when nurses are dropping off Blood Specimens. There should be a system in place when Home Health nurses are dropping off blood we have other patients to see to have us wait is unacceptable especially with blood. read more

This place sucks! The only thing good about it is that it's fairly new so still looks clean. The employees here are rude & lazy. They want you to do their job for them. I have been here multiple times because it is conveniently located & even if there's only 1 other person waiting it still takes at least an hour for them to finally call you back. read more
