Stay away from this place!!! Receptionist should be fired. As with the other reviews I read, the receptionist is RUDE and as I found out does not know how to do her job. My Dr. Ordered standard blood work including "Lipids". She said she needed to talk to him before proceeding to clarify which Lipid test. It's a standard Lipid Profile genius!!! My Dr. Office was closed for lunch so I told her to just to the standard and she refused. Labcorp on 20th saw me with a minute and had no questions. read more

Be prepared for a long wait if you don't have an appointment and they lose your results too !

Went for an appointment today at 1:45; receptionist about to close the window to go to lunch. She stated that I can wait another 1 - 3 hours as a walk-in since they could not see me during my appointment time and I would be considered a walk in. The reason was that they were short staffed before the holiday but looks like all their customers were walk-ins so. Seems that they see walk-ins and appointments don't take priority as they stated. I had an employer related drug screen that was time sensitive and was not able to make this unless I was willing to wait 3 hrs with all the other walk-ins. Poor customer service and professionalism. I cannot believe that this is a company that I have to get a urine drug screen from to get hired with my employer. FYI it looks like a DMV office with people waiting outside an all the seats filled. read more

I am not happy with the service I received today. I was at the door at noon on a Saturday and the gal who was reaching to lock the door refused to service me saying the Management did not like to pay over time. The time on my phone was 12:01 after she refused me. I am a working professional in the medical field and I do not refuse to service someone who is at the closing of the door. Now, I have to take off work and go to another location. I will NOT be back to this location Thanks for the UN-SERVICE!!! read more

Set an appointment for 10 am to do a drug screen for a new job. Show up at 9:55 and they ask me to sign in. Only about 4 ppl in the waiting area when I get there. Nobody sees me until 10:45 and when I get back there and take the test, the technician tells me they forgot to check the expiration date on the cup and that they would have to get a new one from a different location. I had to wait ANOTHER hour in a now packed waiting room to take the test I was supposed to have taken around 10 am. Just terrible. read more

Who likes needles? At least if you have to deal with them, Quest is a good option. Blood is what they deal with all day. I have been to many Quest labs in my life. When i lived on the southwest side of town, the lab I went to was smaller but newer and cleaner, and every time I went, there was hardly a wait. Here, the waiting room is larger which means more traffic which means longer waits. I resolve this issue by making appointments via their appointment hotline each time before going; this has helped me avoid what could've easily turned into an hour long wait. Despite my appointment-making diligence, there have often been times when my name's been overlooked on the sign-in sheet. Now I've taken to circling my appointment time on the sheet just so they can see that I am not a walk-in. Usually after I've been skipped a few times, the tech will take us after I remind them I came on an appointment. So my advice is to make an appointment; even if you're coming in an hour, try to make an appointment--it helps. The appointment line is 888-277-8772. The techs are nice but don't always know what they're doing. Of course, this is with things that matter less--e.g. they can take forever trying to use the computer, don't understand your paperwork--not that they've ever miss a vein or anything. Otherwise, I've never had major problems with them, and it's a convenient location on the south side of 610 between TC Jester and Ella. read more

This place is horrible! There is never anyone at the front desk. The whole lab is very dirty(the waiting room area and the blood draw areas), which is a clear sign of unsanitary conditionsexisting in the lab. I went to have blood drawn at this location twice only because the first phlebotomist did not know how to interpret the simple directions for the blood test. And to add to it, the phlebotomist couldn't pronounce the name of that blood tests that were ordered for me, i.e. adrenal, nor did she know what it was. And to add to that, both phlebotomists could not explain to me what the blood tests were required for. If a phlebotomist does not know, and cannot pronounce, simple medical terms, which which they are supposed to know and understand the type of test that they're drawing blood for, how did they get their certification to draw blood?!?!?! And to add to this, there was a tube tray with filled blood tubes, and patient labels, that had been collected, and were sitting on the counter literally 2 inches from the seat I was sitting in. I could read all the patients' information on the labels. Smh! read more

I walked in, signed in, and was called back within 5 minutes. It probably took 10 to do the paperwork, insurance, and blood draw. It took me longer to fight traffic and find the lab inside the building. I would definitely make an appointment though, the waiting room was definitely getting filled up when I came out. read more
