The techs are nice, painless, and quick. However, I had an appointment on Jan 31, when I got there, a note was posted on the locked door "closed for building maintenance" . To get my test done for my Dr appointment the next week I had to do a walk-in at a different lab. I also had an appointment on Feb 13, which Quest canceled on the 12th at 7pm, for building maintenance. The web site said they would be closed the 7th thru 9th for maintenance, if completing maintenance was not done then, why wait until the last minute to cancel? Is the building safe, if it requires so many closures? read more

I was told to be there at 9am . I came and checked in and they told me it was too late to get this certain test. Said to come back the next day before 8:30. I asked if I needed an app. and was told mo. Just come in and I will get you in. No such luck. I came in and they told me I need an appointment. The girl was rude. Would note even let me explain. My daughter went to Quest Diagnostics in Red Bluff (7/8/2020) (Corning one is closed.) When she called, the Red Bluff one said on the message, "WALK-INS welcome." So she didn't eat for 12 hours, drove up there for the fasting blood test and was told she had to have an appointment. For 8 days from now! They told her, "oh just ignore the part of the message that says walk-ins welcome." How was she supposed to know that? I had an appointment with my doctor virtually. She ordered a urine sample and sent it to Quest. When I went in, I waited for a few minutes and when someone came up front, she asked if I had an appointment. I said I had orders sent in and she interrupted me and said, "You.need.to.have.an.appointment.to.be.seen." whilst clapping her hands in front of me with every word. I was a little taken back, but told I had assumed the orders were the appointment. I made an appointment and came back three hours later. She took me back, and said she needed my paper orders. I told her I already said they were sent by my virtual doctor. She said loudly and exaggerated, "Mmhhnnmm, nope. Don't have any orders." I said, "No, not mmhhnnmm. She sent them here hours ago." She told me to go outside and call my doctor. Before she had finished talking, I had already grabbed my stuff and my 4 year old and was walking out. I called my doctor, she confirmed she sent it and I told her to instead send it to LabCorp. I understand if she genuinely couldn't find the orders. But she approached me in a rude, loud and unwelcoming way from the beginning and had the worst bedside manner. I am 14 days post op with a painful, reoccurring problem popping up again and she (along with many other people in the medical field) do not inspire confidence in me or my loved ones. read more

I was stopped at the door and told I had to have a mask. I asked her if she had one I could get or buy was told no and not to come back without one so I went and got one and when I returned I found a man standing at the counter with no mask and I said what the hell is he doing in here with no mask the lady behind the counter said oh I am so busy I hadn't even noticed funny when I opened the door with no mask on there were 3 people at the counter and was told do not come in without a mask and when I came back there was just the old guy with no mask she was not busy then she goes and gets the guy a mask but yet she could not get one for me needless to say I will not be going back to this place for anything ever as she could of got me a mask just like she did for him she was wrong in every way and I won't support this company with the test I need again poor service they need to do people all the same I know I am done with them read more

I can agree with the long wait times, thought I could make the situation better by making an appointment...wrong! Arrived on time and still haven't been helped over 15 minutes later. I don't know what the issue is, maybe understaffed or the staff needs some pointers on time management. I was helped professionally and courteously, however so I will not be leaving one star only.
