The waiting room had no staff, just a machine to check in with, which made the space feel impersonal and unwelcoming. The overall atmosphere was grungy and poorly maintained. After being called in, a staff member checked me in, but the experience quickly went downhill. I was directed to another room for the blood draw, where the phlebotomist was on her cell phone. She did hang up when I sat down, but her demeanor was cold and indifferent. She asked if I was afraid of needles, and when I said yes, she didn't acknowledge my response--just grabbed a needle and jabbed it into my arm without any care. It was painful, and when I mentioned it, she showed no concern. The entire experience felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. The facility itself looked outdated and poorly kept, and the staff acted as though basic courtesy was too much to ask. I would not return and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who values even a minimal level of professionalism or care.

One group of ppl who tried to check in several times at 10am. No associates there to help.

This location is LUCKY to have Marilyn because she is the ONLY thing that turned my horrid experience into an OK one. The lab would have 0 stars if she wouldn't have been there. Let me start the story... called the automated number at 9am to make a 10am appointment. The automated line is annoying but works. I recommend the QR code appointment making option. -10am, arrived at lab. There was a family having problems with the check in kiosk. I attempted to log in as well, and the check in failed. There were about 5/6 people waiting to try to check in. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WAS THERE TO HELP! As a matter of fact, technicians came out to look at us and then scurry to the back, without helping us. The one group of ppl left frustrated. I stayed. I tried to talk to a lab technician as she opened the door that called a gentleman that arrived after me back for bloodwork. She ignored my questions and tried to close the door in my face. At that time, MARILYN walked thru the door front door from outside. She was sincerely apologetic and saw the entire thing. She was the only thing holding any fragment of customer service together. Marilyn assured me this rude behavior by her teammates will be dealt with today. She called me back momentarily and was an angel performing my blood work. I didn't get her partners name but she was also very helpful. I cannot believe the associates looked out at the group of people having trouble logging on and went back ignoring their prospective customers in the waiting area. This was almost the worst lab experience I've ever had. I'm giving three stars ONLY based on one person that desperately tried to save the reputation of the lab. Is Marilyn's intervention was absent, I would have left and picked a different lab other than Quest. With my private insurance I have a choice of labs I can go to. I might try a different option next time. FYI- the people photographed left due to frustration and no help.

Horrible Service! Its clear they simply don't care about customers needs, they simply plot the easiest course for themselves. Avoid.

How fast can I get in and out at the end of work day for a drug screening? Did not make an appointment. Thank You.

I just came in at 1:30pm for a blood draw and am quoted a 7 min wait. I expect to be out in less than 30 minutes.

I made an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes, even on a day where they were short staffed. They still managed to remain on schedule, and I was in and out pretty quickly. Nancy, the person taking care of me, was such a sweetheart and so compassionate towards my health situation, even sharing a bit of her own experience to make me feel comfortable. I mentioned that I was a little bit squeamish with blood draws, and she did an excellent job of distracting me. I can tell she's very skilled, she drew my blood with little to no poking around for my veins. I had no bruising, soreness or excess bleeding. Most places I've gone to would've left my arm sore for a day or two with bruising, but not here. I was back to using my arm normally within an hour. Nancy took the time to explain to me how to do my stool test at home with very clear instructions to make sure I understood. Amazing patient communication from her. To the people leaving bad reviews because they decided to "walk in" just know that these workers are trying very hard to stay on schedule and they simply cannot just take random people coming in, otherwise, the entire schedule would be delayed. That's unfair for those who took the time to SET up those appointments, just to have someone who walked in take priority. They just don't run things this way and I highly appreciate that they stick to their scheduling system because it keeps things running smoothly and respects everyone's time. Just from my experience in the lobby, I saw the staff handle people very compassionately when explaining that they couldn't accommodate walk-ins. I especially noticed the blonde staff member being incredibly patient and kind with elderly patients, children, and even people in wheelchairs. The staff here genuinely seems caring and professional. If you plan to come here, I recommend scheduling an appointment on their website. Schedule at least 2 days in advance because the time slots fill up quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely come here again for future lab work.

Came here because the was the closest Quest Diagnostics within my vicinity…read more My daughter was in need of having a urine sample analysis and we were directed to go to any QD location. This particular spot was busy upon arrival but that was expected since appointments are recommended but are not required. Staff work at a slow pace so a wait is guaranteed whether you have a scheduled appointment or not. I'd come back if needed due to the experience being manageable. There wasn't anything to rave about, nor complain.

Like others lament...if I could give zero stars... Every interaction has been shockingly inept…read more My very first appointment was a combination of preventative / catching up on immunizations / and one concern I brought up. The majority of the visit got coded Medical (I pay) even though all but one part of the visit was provider-side initiated. What a shock to get a $1383 bill on my FIRST VISIT! My insurance agreed that about $700 of the bill should have been 100% covered but it was coded as "Medical" (I asked for the tests/checkup/immunizations, not the doctor). Sutter denied my review. Instead of just taking care of it (don't they WANT to get paid - does it matter WHO FROM?), I get messages to call this number or that to figure out the bill. Now - they have my medication help prisoner for me to return but I have no confidence in this clinic to do their end of the job. I definitely can't afford to pay $700 for every doctor visit. Oh... and in 8 months of being under this doctor's "care" - visits and follow up have all been through their PA. Doc hasn't even seen me yet! On top of coding labs as Medical (I pay) and not Preventative (plan pays), my ins says their lab (Palo Alto) charges astronomically more than other labs. So, in addition to getting stuck with the bill for what should be 100% covered, I'm getting charged the Tech Tax! Fast forward, I'm at the lab to get the work done so my "care team" can take care of me - and the lab didn't even have my orders. I asked two different ways for COPIES of my lab orders and was told that they were faxed over. I'm going to have a freaking stroke before I can get my meds out of jail. I've had better experiences at DMV during rush hour. Quite possibly in the Top 3 of worst service I've received in 40 years - top to bottom.
