A few months ago a new owner took over and unaware of the new ownership (since some of the same employees kept working there and I was told around the X-mas holiday by Helen the new counter person that the owners that I knew were on vacation) I continued to drop off my garments. I told Helen that my clothes under no circumstances were not to be sent to an outside service and that they must be processed at the plant. On February 2, 2012, I brought several items of my clothing to the laundry for service. After I had picked up the bag I noticed that an important part of my items were missing. When I went back to tell them of the missing items they admitted that they had sent my bag out to a 3rd party vendor and said they would contact the vendor to see if they could locate my items. Over the course of 2 weeks I went back 3 times asking about news and they told they had no luck in located my property. I presented them for a bill for the replacement value of my lost property which amounted to about $317 they said that their vendor offered to pay me $50. I told them this was unacceptable and that my contractual relationship is with them and not with their 3rd party vendor. Long story short..they refused to take responsibility and I am now taking steps to take them to small claims court. Due to this incident, I have a complete loss of trust of this business and recommend you be careful in entrusting them your valuable items.

Came in a few days ago when the incident happened and told the owner Watson about my troubles. I needed to check to see if they would be willing to accept **bags and bags** of my damp gross clothes. Some for dry cleaning and some for Wash & Fold. I could not be happier with my experience! They go above and beyond with their dry cleaning. They press everything so exceptionally. Nothing ever smells and it's literally like my clothes are brand new again. While I was having my 7 garbage bags of clothes sorted by them for dry cleaning, I got to talking with Watson. He was genuinely sad that this happened to me and was speaking to me in such a kind manner. And today, I went to pick up my dry cleaning from them and we started talking again. He said this business has been running since 1985! I was in awe as he started telling me how he thinks the key to running a longtime successful business is 3 Things: good customer service (be nice), good quality, and competitive pricing. HOW CUTE!
