What an amazingly caring company! It's easy to see why they have all 5-star reviews. If I could give them 10 stars I would! The guys walked in to my mom's tiny apartment for carpet cleaning. They did not try to upsell me when I told them I was only going to do basic cleaning. Instead he said, "Don't worry, we've got you. You're going to be very happy when we're done and we're not going to leave until you are." Whoa! They then proceeded to go way above and beyond. They treated her tiny place like it was palace. They even put corner guards around wall corners and her $35 coffee table. They treated it like it was an expensive antique. Check out the photos! They were beyond polite and helpful and indeed when they were done, the old carpets looked like new and I was happy just as they had promised I would be. I will now use them for all of my own rental properties and I have asked them for a quote for house cleaning services. Look... I know it's just carpet cleaning services but when people come to your house and leave you with a feeling of greater happiness they before they came, it's worth mentioning. Quick Dry Tech gets the job done and they do it well! They do a number of services but I am going to talk specifically about their upholstery cleaning service. My family has an IKEA couch that we've had for about nine years. It was basically the couch my daughter grew up on. She slept on it, ate on it, spit up on it, had her diaper changed on it. You name it! As a high school teacher, I became acquainted with the owners when they attended Open House and Parent Conference nights for the daughter. When the owners--Office Manager Erika and Operations Manager JR--offered their services I accepted and I am certainly glad I did! One of their technicians, Jerry, came over to my home and went to work. He was pleasant, professional and explained the process along the way. He used a high-quality, carpet and upholstery cleaning machine to remove nine years worth of food and dirt that had soaked into our couch. The job he did was so amazing I had to include videos just so you'll believe it. Again, Quick Dry Tech does great work and I highly recommend them. I've used this company many times already and I can't Rave enough off about them!!! I called them initially because my new puppy dogs Peed all over my carpet. I called at about 8 PM thinking to leave a message for the company, but Junior picked up and he answered and schedule me an appointment he explained the process he explained who would be coming by he explains how everything worked and since I was a new customer he threw in a free deodorizer and antibacterial I thought that was very nice and I said what the heck let's give them a try. From the start everything went as described by Junior, he sent over some guys and they did a really great job, they were polite, funny & they very professional in uniform, clean, fast, efficient and afterward it looked and smelled as if I have zero dogs at all. Two months later my dogs did a number on the carpets again and I called Junior ...once again, he sent over some people, same thing, consistent. I called him on the third and fourth and fifth time and the consistency is amazing and rare. Usually it will be good the first time and then when they come back it's not but with his trained staff, they always come through! For junior, at quick dry tech, consistency is key & great customer service a must! They always come through on a great job, I had an issue once we are one of the techs forgot to put some deodorizer in to make it smell good, regardless that it was complementary already... I am very pleased with the work that the two Quickdry Carpet professionals did recently for us. Jose and Fernando showed up on time. They were both friendly and helpful and got to work quickly. I initially called them for their upholstery cleaning services. We have a beautiful cream colored sofa and love seat set which were in serious need of cleaning. I have a two year old toddler who likes to drink milk and eat her snacks on the sofa (milk stains and greasy spots are hard to remove). Also, the day before she had a small pee accident on it which then really motivated me to get the sofa cleaned. As they were finishing up cleaning the upholstery, Jose asked me if I wanted my carpet cleaned as well since they had time that morning. He explained to me that he noticed quite a bit of dust settling along the walls where the sofa and love seat were and that therefore there is probably a good amount of dust settled inside the carpet over time. He told me that they would be able to do this quickly at an affordable price. Upon inspecting the carpet I agreed that it could look a lot cleaner so I decided that it would be worth it to have both the living room and the dining room areas cleaned for the price that he quoted me. They helped me move some of the furniture out onto the patio and did the work quickly. The carpet was dry by the evening, however the sofa and love seat took another day. Jose called and texted me the next day to follow up. I appreciate the concern. The following day we really noticed the difference as to how clean the sofa, love seat and carpet were. Shortly after window that Eaves said they were going to be here I went to the office and they called Jose aka JR. Jose and his team did a fantastic job. They were right on time and did more than what was asked for. They were at my place to take care of a water leak that hit the carpet and ended up cleaning that and a few additional tough spots for me. His machine he uses is quite powerful and does the magic and extracts all dirt. His team also treats the tough spots with additional detergent to ensure the stain comes out. On top of that they also took my two rugs out for cleaning and they came out smelling awesome and looking super clean. I had a great experience with this company. Two gentlemen arrived on time. Called ahead to let me know they would arrive soon. Worked quickly and efficiently. I like that he explained everything they were doing and showed me the difference in carpet and showed me the grimy water the machine pulled up. Very thorough. I noticed the second gentlemen wiping down the lower end of rhe walls just in case there was any kick back from the machine. I had a large space washed including my couch. They moved everything around to get under and behind and then moved it back where it was. They placed plastics and lifts under the furniture so the wooden legs wouldn't sit on the wet carpet. They even left plastic shoe covers for me to avoid stepping directly on my recently washed carpet. I have two dogs so I had smelly accidents around my house. I walk in to my apartmentnow aAmarillo smell the piña coloda carpet guard they sprayed to kick the urine. So happy about that. Lastly it is affordable, reasonable and personable.
