The experience was excellent and the workmanship and quality of the new paint has stood up very well. They removed all the paint down to the metal and started from scratch with all new. Very professional! Today, I stopped by to inquire about a loose or damaged screw on my bumper caused by inadvertently backing up over a metal chair that had slid in the path as I was backing up. I wasn't sure if i had caused any damage and was reluctant to go through any car wash and risk something catching on my bumper. Jason Anselma is the Collision Center Manager and understood my concern. He offered to look at my car at no charge and put my mind at ease. His hospitality and that of his staff really go above and beyond making this my shop of choice were I ever to need body work. Jason was able to tighten and reinforce my bumper screw AND gave me some excellent tips on how to keep my interior and exterior car looking great. I am so glad that they are here to serve the local community. When I went in for the initial appraisal, I was met and helped by Eric and Ashley. Eric went over all of the damage and related needs as well as listened and paid attention to my needs and concerns. I was able to drop the car off a few days later after contacting the related insurance agency. The work was done MUCH FASTER than I anticipated , it took about a week to get my car completed and back. These guys don't scrimp on anything and the entire job is a top quality repair, from front to back! The car looks better than before I dropped it off, I am still nothing but amazed at the quality of their work. Just purchased an end-of-year 2026 Audi SQ8 Prestige from Audi of Santa Barbara and the first thing I did was set up an appointment with Chris to get her paint conditioned and ceramic coated. He offered System X's Warranted Ceramic Coat (base coat and top coat) for the paint, all exterior glass with System X's Glass, and my 23" wheels' faces, interior spokes, barrels, and red calipers all around with System X's Wheels. A FULL two day job. Given his loaded backlog, I was able to get the car to him after having Audi of SB delete the OEM brake pads (prodigious brake dust) and have them install DFC 5000 Euro Ceramic brake pads all around. When Chris started on the wheels, he noticed that the barrels in particular "were caked with dust". Thus, my desire to get them coated as well! Paint was clay barred, even though she arrived with only 1200 miles on her, as well as a few paint chips on the hood expertly filled. Picked her up today and she is simply astounding on very level. Paint feels like butter, and looks even better, and has a six year System X warranty. Pictures simply don't do justice to the care and attention Chris paid to this project. Cannot recommend Chris, and his talents, and attention to detail, enough. And I continue to do so with my new six figure toy!!! He's 120 miles away from my home, and I don't hesitate at all to make the trek!

They are located right behind the Cottage Animal Hospital on 5th Street. Auto Body International did an excellent job in repairing the dents and blending the color of the paint to the car's color. They even had the car shined nicely on the outside and vacuumed well on the inside. My car looks like a new champagne baby to me :) I would love to give it 5 stars but the job took a lot longer than I expected (dropped it off Monday and it was completely finished a week later) but they did apologize for that due to the paint drying. I recommend this place for anyone who needs to fix their dents on their cars. It feels good driving around and not be judged LOL

He said to bring it by whenever, was immediately attentive when I arrived. It turns out the bulb was out (to no fault of his) and it was just odd timing that it turned on right when I left the shop.
