The experience was excellent and the workmanship and quality of the new paint has stood up very well. They removed all the paint down to the metal and started from scratch with all new. Very professional! Today, I stopped by to inquire about a loose or damaged screw on my bumper caused by inadvertently backing up over a metal chair that had slid in the path as I was backing up. I wasn't sure if i had caused any damage and was reluctant to go through any car wash and risk something catching on my bumper. Jason Anselma is the Collision Center Manager and understood my concern. He offered to look at my car at no charge and put my mind at ease. His hospitality and that of his staff really go above and beyond making this my shop of choice were I ever to need body work. Jason was able to tighten and reinforce my bumper screw AND gave me some excellent tips on how to keep my interior and exterior car looking great. First I have to say that I contacted every top-rated dent repair business on Yelp to compare…read morequotes, and took my car to a couple of respected local businesses that specialize in paintless repair. Express Dent & Paint was THE ONLY business that had the confidence to try and repair my car. The dent was in a very difficult spot along the edge of the fender, right on a crease. They were totally honest and transparent from the start that they couldn't guarantee a 100% repair (that would require regular body work/respray). But they were confident they could get it at least 70% repaired. Chris arrived and was very polite and professional. He got to work but after a while it was proving to be more challenging than expected due to the thickness of the steel and the location on my fender. It was looking better but not up to the 70% he had hoped, so he said he would only charge me 50% of the quote for his time coming out if that was the best he could do. But he didn't give up, and with more glue pulling he made it look tons better! Now the dent is barely noticeable, and you'd have to really look for it to find it. In my opinion it was $300 well spent, and the remaining imperfection is not worth spending $1200 at a body shop on a 23-year-old car. Chris is a magician and I highly recommend Express Dent & Paint.

They are located right behind the Cottage Animal Hospital on 5th Street. Auto Body International did an excellent job in repairing the dents and blending the color of the paint to the car's color. They even had the car shined nicely on the outside and vacuumed well on the inside. My car looks like a new champagne baby to me :) I would love to give it 5 stars but the job took a lot longer than I expected (dropped it off Monday and it was completely finished a week later) but they did apologize for that due to the paint drying. I recommend this place for anyone who needs to fix their dents on their cars. It feels good driving around and not be judged LOL
