Excellent service ! I called Quick Fix Auto Glass Repair & Replacement for my driver door window that shattered. What a bummer to leave work late and find that. I researched auto glass repair on Saturday morning and Martin answered right a 8:00 am. I sent a photo of the shattered window with the VIN number. Alex called back with a prompt quote which included him having to drive to the Los Angles area to pick up the glass. Martin and Alex arrived promptly at 1:00 pm with the window glass and had it repaired promptly. The mobile service was appreciated because it was too dangerous to drive the car with the shattered window obliterating the visibility. Went to have my car washed and some guy said they could fix my window like new. Not so, the chip was still there. Not sure if they did anything. I needed a rear window for my truck. The tech saw the truck and said he needed to order the window and it would be ready in 2 days. This was on Monday. On Thursday we had an appt to install it at 3PM. At 4PM, I called him to inquire if he was still coming. At 430 he showed up with the wrong window. He made some calls and said he could get the right window at 8AM the next morning and he would be there to install it at 9AM. At 11AM, I called and got voicemail. At noon, I called, no answer, At 1 I called and left a 2nd voice mail. He never showed and never returned my calls. I would not recommend this company. Even if he couldn't get the window, he should have called to say so, Not answering calls and not returning calls is not an acceptable way to do business. read more

Although Quick Fix quoted the lowest price to replace my windshield, unfortunately, I got what I paid for. While replacing my window, they broke the plastic moulding strip that runs along the bottom of the windshield (the part that the wipers attach to) and left my headliner hanging on the passenger side. When I went back to report the damage (my teen daughter picked up the car and didn't know to say anything at the time), they denied responsibility and claimed the headliner was already hanging and the moulding strip was already cracked (neither of which was true). They refused to repair either (how much effort can it take for them to re-adhere the headliner?). The car is 14 years old, so I can understand that the moulding can get brittle with age and crack but they failed to give any warning at all BEFORE doing the job (and did not point out the cracks that were supposedly there already). The manager became very scarce after he had my money. Oh...one more thing. They charged my daughter $20 more than I was quoted on the phone, so we had to go back and get the $20. Save a lot of money and heartache and go elsewhere! read more
