An hour and forty-five minutes later I had not received a text. I went back to the auto center. I could see my car outside that had been moved, so I assumed it was ready. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Finally, the guy waited on me. After a few more minutes he returns and tells me my car has not even been seen. I was not happy and I let him know. He told me he was in charge, apologized, and said he'd meet me there tomorrow early. I kinda felt sorry for him since he was the only one there and he was being as nice as possible, considering the circumstances.

I needed a new battery. Customer Service- I called these fine folks, and a very nice employee told me that the owner Matt would be there to help me within 15 minutes! That's right, the owner of a business that's been in operation since 1958 was coming to help! He showed up in less than 15 minutes, jumped my car within seconds, and explained where and how to park my car at his place. Very efficient staff checked me in and took my keys. Ambience- I plunked myself down in a comfortable chair and noticed the very nice couch and flat-screen tv. Within minutes Matt came out and quoted a fair price and said it would be done quickly. Rest Rooms- At one point I headed for the restrooms and laughed out loud and the sign on each door! See my picture. Now I know why the men's room was eat-off-the-floor spotless! I didn't check the lady's room as I didn't want to deal with the screaming that would ensue! Wait Time- In less than 45 minutes my name was called, and I was out the door. That is nothing less than spectacular! My tire pressure light had lit up recently and I noticed that they took care of it without asking. Nice! Walked in with one gentleman at the counter and 3 people behind the counter. But the first impression and confirmation from what my buddy experienced was done. I chose a tire and set up an appointment for an alignment and rotate of tires. But I'm scared if their workmanship is twice as good as their front office staff I would be lucky to have 30% of the lug nuts even on the vehicle when I pick it up. What would you do? After 4 days, the light was still on so I called and asked if it's safe to drive to Tampa. I was told it is. It wasn't. The car stalled and stopped running and had to be towed. It was the alternator. I don't know how they could miss diagnosing something so basic. Even ChatGpt was able to diagnose the problem the first time. I took the car to another shop.
