Complimentary drinks and newspapers are nice and help the time go by quicker. The people are nice and efficient, they know what to do and run through checks on your car to see if anything is amiss and if you want it fixed. Oil changes may be their main thing, but they will do other changes if you need it. That also means you need to be aware so they don't up-sale you too much. Everything comes at a price! As long as your aware, they do a great and efficient job, I won't hesitate to go back next time I need a change.

They are so friendly, professional and quick. You drive into the bay and stay in your car. I have only been to one other location in California. This location offered us cold water upon arrival. That is so very nice considering it is already 93 at 10am. You get the best oil, filters and service for the price. Plus the great customer service as well. I left stating he didn't need to call and just go ahead and do it. WELL, Bret called and told me that the front was 60% worn and rear @ 90 % and no need to replace yet. Brett was honest and said if it was his wife's car he would not replace yet. Brett showed great character as I would have never known unless he was honest. It's my first time at Little Man Auto and I have found a trustworthy shop to do repairs on our vehicles now. I went in for a full synthetic oil change for my V8 truck. They said they use NAPA oil filters but…read moreI inspected it afterwards and it didn't even have a brand; just a part number on a plain white canister. And it was cheap: $7.99 on the invoice. Napa filters are black and say "Napa Gold" and cost about $14. My biggest concern is whether the filter has a silicone anti-drainback valve for cold weather starts. I interviewed the service advisor about when to change my transmission fluid, transfer case fluid, and rear differential fluid since the Ram owner's manual says they are good for the life of the vehicle (huh??). He asked me if I towed with it and gave me transmission intervals of 60k miles for that or 75k miles; that seemed like an intelligent answer, and a reasonable interval. Other shops have tried to upsell me on premature service (30k mile intervals for those three) that I don't need and we all know why. Little Man went ahead and inspected the three fluids and we discovered an issue with the rear differential. I asked to look at the fluid and it showed cloudy fragments of suspected metal so I authorized a fluid change. They recommended I come back after 500 miles to take off the cover plate and inspect the gears, changing the fluid of course in the process. Could be simply initial wear-in from the factory but we will see. I'm looking for a partner shop to work with now that my truck is out of warranty and I am still evaluating LIttle Man Auto. Their shop looked clean and well organized. Pricing for the oil change was competitive with other shops. BTW if you go there, the shop is located BEHIND Bros Auto.
