He had said they were doing a special. Pretty shifty if you ask me. I wont be back. He told about how other places technicians have to do at least 2 up sales per day. To be honest he did the exact same thing to me. I cant afford almost 400$ while he is using only 100$ of materials making 260 dollars for 15 minutes of work.

They were yelling for all the clients to hear. I think I would double think on who you have running your business. That Llovani was super helpful and very professional even under the pressure of being yelled at for something he was not at fault at. The other younger one made sure to check in with me as well. I was the last customer, stopped in at 5:40-checked out at 6:04 PM (per my receipt.) Closing was 6 PM. The pit guy confronted me in the waiting room asking if I was getting a "last minute oil change." After yelling about being at work since 7:30 that morning. I could hear all the yelling from the customer waiting area. Never would I have thought that someone's hurry to get off work would equate to destroying my engine. Followed up next morning when they opened. Didn't have the bay doors open at 8:10. Was told my check engine code and severe knocking was a bad camshaft sensor by Mike the manager. Knocking continued, so I followed up the next day. Offered a free oil change, talked down to, Mike the manager avoided me completely. 3 Jiffy Lube visits (within 3 days) 9.9 miles later my car was inspected by a certified MB mechanic, stating I had minimal oil, and oil all over the engine, with clear photos that the oil plug was leaking brand new oil. They destroyed my engine by not tightening the oil plug. Denied all responsibility, refused to provide insurance information. Requested a call from regional manager, told I would get a call from Steve. Later, Mike the manager LVM for me, saying he wanted to inspect my car (forth time.) I don't know how many screw ups someone can have. I don't feel safe nor do I feel that Mike, the manager, has the authority to check my car after numerous failed attempts. Oil pressure controls the camshaft, having the wrong pressure is what caused the malfunction/sensor error. * I am filing this complaint regarding serious negligence and unprofessional conduct at Jiffy Lube #2540. After an oil change was performed at this location, my engine was damaged due to the oil plug not being tightened. Corporate regional needs to get in touch with me ASAP.

Complimentary drinks and newspapers are nice and help the time go by quicker. The people are nice and efficient, they know what to do and run through checks on your car to see if anything is amiss and if you want it fixed. Oil changes may be their main thing, but they will do other changes if you need it. That also means you need to be aware so they don't up-sale you too much. Everything comes at a price! My husband brought my 2019 Subaru Forester Sport in on Monday to have the tires switched. What…read moreshould have been a routine service turned into an extremely disappointing and costly experience. When the work was completed, we were initially told that two lug nut studs had cross threaded. After inspecting the vehicle ourselves, it became clear that every lug stud had been cross threaded. Rather than taking responsibility for the damage that occurred during the service, the staff repeatedly insisted that they were not at fault. Ironically, throughout every conversation, they continually emphasized that Subaru lug studs are well known for being easy to cross thread. If they are aware of this common issue, then they should also be aware of the proper procedures required to prevent it. Lug nuts should be started by hand for several turns before any tools are used, and the final torque specification for this vehicle is 89 ft-lbs. These precautions exist for a reason. Failing to follow them can easily result in damaged studs. I first spoke with David, who repeatedly gave the same explanation without addressing any of my concerns. I then spoke with Micah in person and requested to review the security footage so I could see how my vehicle had been handled. Instead of taking my request seriously, he chuckled , answered the phone to help another customer, then returned and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment to have the damage repaired. I found that response incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was quoted approximately $90 per stud to repair damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their care, bringing the estimated repair cost to nearly $1,800 for every lug nut stud . Fortunately, I have the knowledge and ability to replace the studs myself, so I am only spending around $100 on parts. Most customers would not be in that position and would be forced to pay an enormous repair bill for something they did not cause. I have documented everything, including photographs of the damaged studs and records of my conversations with the staff. What is most upsetting is not simply that the damage occurred, mistakes can happen in any business. What is unacceptable is the complete refusal to acknowledge the possibility that it happened during their service, the dismissive treatment I received when I asked reasonable questions, and the expectation that I should pay to correct the damage. I have never experienced such poor customer service. A reputable business stands behind its work, accepts responsibility when mistakes are made, and works toward a fair resolution. Instead, I was met with denial, repeated excuses, and a complete lack of accountability. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone, especially Subaru owners. I will be sharing my experience anywhere I can in the hope that other customers do not find themselves facing the same unnecessary expense and frustration.
